“What can I say other than top notch service! These hard workers serve thousands of people from Locals like my fiance and I to people from all of the world visiting here. I know we look forward to seeing our favorite breakfast club friends every single morning 🌄 we pull up and we always ask for a soft biscuit for my biscuit and gravy and they know the rest because we get the same thing every morning but these guys still find a way to make it a great experience each morning we ride through! “There are those days when you crave a Krystal's burger. A couple of double cheese Krystal's and a chili cheese pup really hits the spot. I sure with they had them in Fort Worth so I wouldn't have to go years in between eating them. But come on, feeding 4 adults and 2 small kids shouldn't cost $75 dollars at a fast food place!“

“Amazing service considering we had a massive order. Understandably only 2 orders per car so we did all one and we had about 10 burgers, nuggets, large fries and drinks. They were fast, super nice, and all our food was correct and hot. We're on vacation and I wish McDonald's back home were this good!“

“After a beautiful day at the Dollywood. I had a craving for the border, and I heard a bell ring, so I found the southern border in Pigeon Ford. It was a beautiful and cheaper meal that I had adored since a small child some 40 years ago. Very clean, very nice staff and quiet compared to keeping my eye on the bald alpha in the smokies.“

“We like to rate places for what they are. This is a fast food restaurant at a theme park. The reviews from people complaining about the pricing have me wondering if they looked at the menu before they ordered. Prices are listed, and they are theme park prices. With that said, we have eaten at Red's multiple times. Some of the cashiers have fun personalities and make the ordering experience enjoyable. One of us ordered a turkey wrap this time, and it was really good! The fries are tasty. The shakes are yummy. There are even celiac safe options. Red's is convenient as long as it is not overly crowded. Will we go there again? You betcha.“

“I placed an order for pick up in TN. When I went to check on the order, the order was placed for delivery in FL. Totally freaked out called the store in FL to cancel. I arrived at the location in TN. Lynn solved all of my problems quickly and was so kind. Thank you, Lynn for saving the day!“
