“My husband and I & My son ate there last night. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!“

“What can I say other than top notch service! These hard workers serve thousands of people from Locals like my fiance and I to people from all of the world visiting here. I know we look forward to seeing our favorite breakfast club friends every single morning 🌄 we pull up and we always ask for a soft biscuit for my biscuit and gravy and they know the rest because we get the same thing every morning but these guys still find a way to make it a great experience each morning we ride through! “We had a Krystal Burger in my home town when I was growing up. As I got older the quality declined, and the place eventually closed down. Still, I had a lot of nostalgia from my younger years when it came to those burgers. The building has never been remodeled, and from time to time I've commented to my son how I miss Krystal when we pass it. When my son and I went to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg this past weekend, we saw a Krystal Burger location and he immediately pointed it out and said he'd like to try it before we went home. I was hesitant, remembering how the one in my hometown wasn't very good in it's last few years of business. Still, I was nostalgic about my childhood, and we ended up stopping there for our final meal in the area before heading home. It was everything I had hoped for and more! The food was prepared perfectly, and it was an awesome blast from the past. I was so pleased to share that memory with my son and have it be a positive experience. We didn't end our trip with disappointment- instead, we had happy, full bellies that took me back in the best way. Thank you Krystal Burger!“

“Amazing service considering we had a massive order. Understandably only 2 orders per car so we did all one and we had about 10 burgers, nuggets, large fries and drinks. They were fast, super nice, and all our food was correct and hot. We're on vacation and I wish McDonald's back home were this good!“

“We got the Jambalaya! It was very good and had good flavor! Only thing we wish is that it was a little bigger and had more meat in it.. for 14$ it is not a very big portion but was probably one of the more flavorful items we got while in the park! I would get it again 10/10“

“Me and my boyfriend decided to stop in on our vacation and absolutely LOVED it. We have a local nutrition place, and it just doesn’t even compare. The cherry jolly rancher tea was our favorite and we have been craving it ever since. Totally recommend before a fun hiking day!😀“
