“It was our first time in Pigeon Forge. What a great vacation overall. We stumbled across Sunliner Diner and oh my goodness what a find. We grew up in the era of the diner's atmosphere. Fantastic decor and the music was right on point. The guests were even singing along OUTLOUD! We had Chris as our server and boy was he attentive. Nothing was missed. He even took time to talk to us personally with out jeopardizing his other customers. We were there 3 different days and meal times. All of them were great. If you want a blast from the past, dont miss Sunliner Diner“

“We liked the experience, and would recommend the restaurant. The service was good. The beer was good and there was a good selection. The wings were really good. The bison burger was pretty good. I don’t recommend the homemade ketchup and if you like ketchup, recommend you bring your own because I asked for some real ketchup and they only have their own :( they really should have an option for real ketchup imo.“

“In January, most dinner shows are not operating. This one was and that’s why we went. It’s very corny but did laugh a few times. The performers are good tap dancers and the band is good.

I’m not sure when they open their doors, but our show was at 5 and we got there at 4:40 and most of the tables were full and people were already eating so definitely get there 20-30 min before the show time. The real show probably started 15-20 after posted time. Chicken was crispy and good. Soup was really good. Mashed potatoes and corn were nothing special. Banana pudding was ok. The servers don’t come around when the show starts so make sure to get a drink refill before it starts. We were paired with another couple who unfortunately was not happy we showed up too… lol which is out of our control. They do warn you, you could be booked with another family. I think this is more of a one time dinner show.“

“The very first time my husband and I visited this café was on our way to our honeymoon. We were on our way to Montana and had come across the Lil Black Bear Cafe. It was back in 2021 and we loved the atmosphere so much because it was welcoming, friendly and the Jesus culture was appealing to us! “Upgraded hotel voucher for $1.50 and ordered the Bananas Foster pancakes. Layers of bananas topped with pecans and a caramel sauce. No need for syrup. Added real whipped butter, not margarine. It was delicious! Highly, Highly, recommend. My husband ordered the steak and eggs and really enjoyed it. It was not a thick cut, but flavorful. Enjoy!“

“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.“

“Dude this is so FUN! I’m a big fan of these type of dinner theater things, but this fits Tennessee so so well. Dolly Parton has outdone herself once again. The visuals are neat, but the horsemanship from these crews is so incredible. Food was delicious, best dinner theater food in Pigeon Forge. Which, technically almost all of them in Pigeon Forge are owned by the same company, they clearly favor this show. But guys, PLEASE, if you don’t want to be hootin’ and hollerin’, don’t go! It’s the audience that truly has the most impact on both your own show and for the cast. If you’re the only one stomping, it’s not fun. Get out of your heads and just be loud because it is so fun!“

“One of my favorite places to visit when I am in Pigeon Forge. Great people and great Moonshine. The Chocolate and Carmel Moonshines are the flavors that I buy the most, I use the Chocolate Moonshine when I make my Chocolate Chip Brownies and the Carmel Moonshine when I make my Salted Carmel Chocolate Chip Brownies. Both of them are very good if I say so myself. I brought a batch of brownies for the employees when my mom and I visited in August. Highly recommend Old Forge for your Moonshine.“

“Place was busy but they handled it pretty well. Bartender Big Country was funny. Paid $8 for the premium tasting which was well worth it and you then get a $5 off coupon. We bought 3 jars and earned a free cooler bag, that was great for carting our haul through the rest of the shops.
Our fault for not doing research but we didn’t realize it was in the middle of a big shopping/entertainment center and the place was packed!“

“We stopped here for lunch and had 3 burgers, fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and the ham and cheese sandwich. Everyone raved about the burgers, fries and onion rings were good but the ham and cheese was just okay. The cheese was not melted and the ham was overcooked and dried out.“

“All the food was delicious. The kids loved the experience. I chose applesauce as their side and the portion was underwhelming, but the quality of the main courses was excellent. The game card for the kids was a nice touch. The quality and variety of the games in the arcade was so fun and entertaining. As an OT and mom I appreciate they have a nursing room and calming room for overstimulated kids (or adults!). Great addition to Pigeon Forge!“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND Have no respect for customers. Just FYI when your payment is pending with them it's not considered paid to them. If a card is declined, it will not show a pending payment for what was so called declined. So was literally held hostage showing them the payment posted on my phone while they were telling me it was declined. Had to get cops involved in the end just so we could leave.“

“We are visiting PF, and I was craving some chinese. This place did NOT disappoint! And even though we had it delivered, it was HOT and FRESH and the hibachi chicken and veggies were fantastic and the s&s shrimp was crunchy and sooo good. Not to mention our delivery driver was phenomenal, he caught an error I made in the address but saved the day! Things like that won’t be forgotten. This place is definitely worth a visit!“

“I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.“
