“We go here everytime we are in Pigeon Forge. We were there just this past week. Always a good atmosphere and good food. Love the set up and the music. Our waitress was Alleen and she was sweet and so friendly. Last year we were there and met another wonder person named Angel.“

The fries are seasoned really well and the classic smash burger is exceptionally solid. (I stole some from my wife)
I had a breakfast option that included a sausage gravy biscuit that was just a little bit sweet for my tastes, but nothing a little bit of salt and pepper couldn't mend!
I didn't order it, but there was a monkey bread that was brought by the table that looked absolutely divine! It was massive, so if you're ordering it, make sure it's the meal and not the desert haha!“

“This was a wonderful experience! I was in town to meet up with some friends I have not seen in a while. We wanted a place that we could visit and catch up, and eat some good food! Puckett's was the perfect choice! The have available rooms that you can reserve, we chose the Boardroom, suitable for 14 people, semi-private, and it fit the bill perfectly. Christina set it up, she was so quick to answer questions and take care of the details. We were only looking at 10 people, so we were able to order off of the menu, which was a huge plus. Christina was our server as well, and she did great. The food was excellent, the privacy of our own room made for a great evening of visiting and catching up, and the rates were incredibly reasonable! I would definitely recommend this for any group get together!“

“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.“

“Upgraded hotel voucher for $1.50 and ordered the Bananas Foster pancakes. Layers of bananas topped with pecans and a caramel sauce. No need for syrup. Added real whipped butter, not margarine. It was delicious! Highly, Highly, recommend. My husband ordered the steak and eggs and really enjoyed it. It was not a thick cut, but flavorful. Enjoy!“

“we eat here for lunch atleast 1x each time we are in town.. the ladies are always so friendly and the food is DELICIOUS! The portions are also very generous and they are usually super quick. You can’t beat sitting outside on the deck/patio eating good bbq. PS the chair out front is a great photo op for the kids 👏🏼“

“We love Old Forge and have been coming here for years! We loved the suggestions of mixing them together to create new flavors too. We always bought more when they suggested those!!! Plus we tipped more ha ha! The best were the spontaneous jokes and laughs while tasting the moonshine! We have noticed the last couple years it isn’t as fun when we do the tastings in back. We still stop by but miss the fun!!! Hardly any jokes and sometimes even being ignored, just pouring.“

“We are visiting PF, and I was craving some chinese. This place did NOT disappoint! And even though we had it delivered, it was HOT and FRESH and the hibachi chicken and veggies were fantastic and the s&s shrimp was crunchy and sooo good. Not to mention our delivery driver was phenomenal, he caught an error I made in the address but saved the day! Things like that won’t be forgotten. This place is definitely worth a visit!“

(Denny’s down the road is a nightmare with one waitress and one cook and the wait time from the time you order will be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. So please save yourself the trouble and go here!) IHOP isn’t 24hrs but if it was they would defiantly get alot more business because cookout, Waffle House and Dennys are the only options and all of them stay slammed late at night.“

“So this just reminds me of the barbecue place that we have back at home. Of course we were on vacation and there’s so many places that were packed full and we were so hungry. We just decided to come here. They are coleslaw absolutely delicious. They pulled pork sandwiches absolutely delicious. My husband got thethree pork dinner and he had some leftover and when we heated up in the middle of the night it had our cabin smelling like a barbecue and it was so good. He had a genuine smile from the moment he introduced himself and was very quick to tell us he was there if we had any questions. “This place is super cute. Rustic but modern. The menu is simple with lots of flavor styles to choose from. Wait staff seems to be super friendly. Place is clean. The food is super good and the first place in a long time to get my eggs right (over easy, the whites were all the way done and the yolk was nice and runny) and with every spider you get pancakes. Make sure to come hungry. Melissa was our server and she was super sweet. Oh and I must add the syrup is amazing not to sweet but lots of maple flavor. Everything was so good.

Parking: There is not much parking but the service is so fast there always seems to be a spot open.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and a small kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a few parking spots and there is a ramp to the front doors.“
