“We were at Rockvale High School for the TSSAA girls state volleyball championship tournament and this was an extremely convenient place to run to between games and grab lunch and carry back to the HS gym. The food is always good, always fresh and prices are reasonable. Excellent choice for a quick lunch.“

“We walked into Five Guys yesterday, and as we were waiting for other family members to arrive, an organization with 20+ (wonderfully behaved and respectful) young men walked in front of us. We thought of going somewhere else, thinking that it would be a while before we were able to order, let alone get our food. I caught the attention of one of the employees at the pickup section, who was kind enough to speak to me in the midst of the crowd; he assured me that they strive to get everything out in around 15 minutes. Sure enough – in around that time– the whole group in front of us had been served and our order was ready. I wish I had gotten the names of the two young men at the pickup line who remained professional and pleasant even when a large group walked in suddenly. That kind of professionalism and kindness is rare and to be commended. For anyone in management who would like to know who they are, they were working on June 22, specifically between 11:30 and 11:50. The food was fine, but the demeanor of these two young men is what made the experience especially pleasant.“

“For reference I have eaten here over a dozen times and I love Blaze Pizza. The build your own pizza is great. You can pick as many toppings as you want with no up charge. It is simple and always great value. If you don’t like your pizza, that is your fault for picking a bad combination of toppings. They have several sauce types (red, spicy red, white, pesto) and lots of cheeses and toppings (even vegan chorizo).
The staff is really nice and always friendly.
The food value is great.
I am very sad to say that they recently changed a policy where you used to fill out a survey for a free dessert (no purchase necessary) and it was the best. Now, you must fill out the survey and order the dessert from their app (still no purchase needed but it is sad it got moved to the app since I hate using apps for restaurants since I don’t want to get an app for everywhere I eat) I would love to see it return to how it was but if not, I will continue to eat there with a free brownie shaped hole in my heart.“

“Just went for lunch. And ordered the Maple Pepper Bacon sandwich meal. All I got was chicken and bread with ice cold fries. What a let down. This place is usually great. Plus it was very difficult to complain about my order. I couldn't even put a complaint through.“

“I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway. Our food was right....hot and fresh but the 3 dessert jars were missing...which shouldn't be an issue except they are fairly pricey (but totally worth it). I called the delivery persons phone and he said "no english" and hung up on me. I sent a text to him hoping that he was using Google translate and he came back to our house. My husband went to meet him in the drive and all he said was "that's all they gave me. call store". We called the store and the manager got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he remembered putting the 3 jars with our order so he knew the driver had kept the desserts. He gave me a choice of a refund or he would send our desserts to us....no questions asked. Our desserts showed up 15 minutes later by a great driver (Emma) and all ended well. Great service and food by the Thompson Lane location!!!!!“

They deliver my meal promptly to my table with a number card without me my order. “First time trying. From Atl. Saw this place in front of Advanced Auto parts and wanted a quick bite. Past elites are like empanadas with a pot pie shell. $3 per is great price and value. Beef was better than chicken. Both filled with meat in which I like. Doesn’t make me crave but I would purchase again and recommend. these were the only two with no cheese and no pork. My husband reminded we had not paid and only had $2 cash. We were told, “we don’t know when it will be working”. Instead of say, “we can’t serve you”, we were given our food for free! “I have been going to this location for many years, and it feels like home. The same people are there every morning, and at least, some of the same staff. They say "Good Morning" and even give some of their visitors a "hug". It can get really busy especially after 9:30 AM and on the weekends, but I go earlier than that. I wouldn't consider any other place for my morning coffee and breakfast.
