“This was the PERFECT restaurant to take my wife for our anniversary dinner!! The Shrimp Valentino honestly couldn’t have been any better! 🍝🤌🏼 Perfect balance of flavor and a hearty serving of large shrimp with the right hint of spicy. The grass fed beef lasagna was incredible and my wife said it was a 10/10 best lasagna she’s had anywhere! Great selection of drinks 🥂 and the desert menu did not disappoint one bit! The in-house made tiramisu cake was delicious as well! The atmosphere is romantic and tastefully done with each grottoes booth displaying beautiful life sized scenery from around Italy as if you were sitting there view out of a window while you eat! Our table even had a fresh🌹in a vase and candle which was the right touch for the occasion! For fine dining in the Smokies we found the prices to be very reasonable with a selection just about every appetite would enjoy! Thank you Ristorante DellaSantina for a memorable dining experience! “We stop at El Primo everytime we are in the area. The food is authentic and delicious, and the portions are generous. It is also very fairly priced. Their horcheta, melon water, and pineapple water are great. The sopes, carnitas, and barbecoa are a few of our favorites. In addition to the delicious food, they have a wide variety of snacks, drinks, fresh vegetables, and meats.”

“One of the best barbecues I've had in a long time. Everything from the chicken to the brisket was amazing and juicy. The owner interacted with both my boys and gave them an extra serving of pulled pork since they devoured the sampler. He then brought me out a tin of his personal rub he uses on his barbecue. Great food, great small little place and very respectable hard working people.”

“Unfortunately we will never go back to the Local Eatery. We moved here 3 years ago from Southern California and fell in love with the Local as we live right up the street, for 2 years we had dinner there every Friday night and loved the entertainment,during football season we were there every Saturday and Sunday for lunch or dinner for Football, we stopped going for dinner on Fridays when the menu changed, but still stopped in on a Saturday or Sunday for lunch and cocktails, yesterday Saturday the first home Vols game they did not have,so no more Saturdays because we can watch it at home but really enjoyed watching it at the Local, so we watched it at home, today we went to the Local to watch the Saints game and have lunch, they we very short handed and couldn't get the Saints game, we are so disappointed in the Local Eatery that we will NEVER patronize them again, it amazes me how in 1 year a Local staple can go from being a place that local Boyd's Creek residents gathered to enjoy friends and family to a restaurant that is such a disappointment.”

“We went tonight for my mom’s birthday and our Waitress, Jen, was absolutely AMAZING!!! She interacted with all of us so well and cut up and chatted with us and we never had to “want” for anything. She already got it haha the drinks were never empty and we never had to ask for sauce or Anything! And the food was perfect as usual. But her personality and hospitality was literally the best. she so deserves to be recognized! We loved her!”

“Gorgeous modern farmhouse setting. Lots of seating and bright light shining in. Located right next to SkyLand Ranch on Pigeon Forge’s main parkway. Portions are ginormous. Loved everything including the biscuits and hearty griddle cakes. Little bit of something for everyone!”

“Service was horrible . You weren’t busy had to ask 3 times for water. Cop an attitude. The host is in the wrong location . She can’t see people walking in. Even when they did she never went around to greet customers. She was on her on phone .”

“We ordered the chicken cordon bleu and the country fried steak. We chose fried okra, stuffing, and mashed potatoes for sides.

The meal came with 4 apple fritters as appetizers, with apple butter on the side. They were fabulous! Best part of the meal. They also brought us out complementary apple juleps, which were okay, but were watered down from the ice served with them.

Our waitress was very friendly and gave exceptional service.

My cordon bleu was served in large proportion and was very delicious. My husband remarked that his country fried steak was good, but not as good as he has had before. The mashed potatoes were exceptional, but the dressing was pretty bland and the okra, although it was crispy, didn’t have much flavor.

The sides were “all you can eat”, so you wouldn’t leave hungry!

There was a complimentary dessert at the end of the meal. I ordered apple cobbler and my husband got the spiced apple cake. Both were small portions and did not mirror the exceptional taste of the cobbler that was served at the Apple Valley Creamery down the way…. My husband said the cake was “okay”. You definitely get a lot of food, but the taste is really only 4 out of 5 stars.”

“Food was good. Not too different from some of the best we’ve had. But service could be improved. After drinks we had to wait a while to get someone to take our order even though we were ready. Not that there were nobody in sight but a bunch including the one that finally came over were folding napkins and engaged in a boisterous conversation right next table. We were never given the option of flour/corn tortillas and we forgot as well. After food was served we wanted ask for corn tortillas as one of us has gluten allergy. Again took way too long for someone to show up. We even signaled someone in that table folding napkins he had to call someone and after quite a while someone showed up inquiring how’s everything. When we retorted with “we need corn” tortillas he seemed quite taken aback. As if we deviated from the script - “good” with a mouthful. But eventually he brought corn tortillas. By the time we had finished there were no water refills. It felt like that table was abandoned by the assigned host and others were half heartedly chipping in because someone made us sit there. Anyways we got out.”

I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and truly made my morning. I'm originally from Arizona as well, but now live in Clearwater, FL (where, sadly, there's no Dutch Bros), so this visit was extra special. She went above and beyond by comping my drink, giving me stickers, and making me feel genuinely appreciated as a Dutch Bros customer. She is the BEST… despite attending my rival college! 😂💙💚🩵”

However, there are some customers that just come in from other states (tourist) who come in and disrespect not only the restaurant , but the peace of others, during lunch. Bringing a dog inside a restaurant, having it sit on the bench and feeding it your food, then having the audacity to complain to the server about the volume of meat on your order! You need not come back! You people were totally disrespectful to everyone. Yelling at the manager, not acceptable. Sad this happens with tourism.”

“Great place to get a fast coffee or beverage. Line is never really long and they go fast. Never had a problem getting a drink here. And they do have an area in the cafe with a TV and some chairs to relax and unwind for a bit.”

“They need to allow reservations for busy weekends and allow ample group seating.
The policy for large groups is ridiculous when there is no where to sit and wait. Food was great service was awesome. Unfortunately we were a large group stuffed into a booth and a chair on the end with no room to move so that was the worst part about our first time here.”
