I love the space and how flexible they are with working with any event hosted there. It is extremely dog and family friendly. “We are locals and have driven by a million times but never stopped. I’m glad we did. The food is absolutely amazing! My husband ordered the Ruben, my daughter had the smash burger, my little one had a hot dog and Mac and cheese. I ordered the pesto chicken Philly and it was amazing. My little one refused to eat her favorite hot dog and took my sandwich. I’m so glad to have found a new place to eat. The service was so friendly and welcoming the food was delicious. It came out very quickly. It was hot and flavorful. I’d give the pizza a 10/10 and was thoroughly impressed with the crust, sauce, everything. Great job!“

“The store was busy as all get out people where in line out the door and a cute red headed lady was running the place like a general leading the troops to battle she sent one waitress per each flank and I swear those hashbrownd didn't know what hit em they found themselves scattered, smotherd and coverd before they knew what hit em and to add insult to injury that cute red headed waitress/cook chopped pepperd cappd and finally topped like nobody's buisness. I do declare that fine little red headed filly then comensed singing the waffle house song while she washed every dish in the place 3 times all by herself. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out. I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced. However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.“

So we didn't go back until a couple of weeks ago and we noticed the difference in food ,service and overall cleanliness,the food was good and hot more to standard. Today 5/17/24 we stopped while in Knoxville and It was a wonderful experience , food was great, service was outstanding, and the waitresses we on top of everything, the salad bar person was in that area the whole time keeping food and salads fixings fresh.. Today was a wonderful experience at Shoneys, I made a point to let the manager know this....GREAT JOB To the manager and staff at Shoneys Rutledge Pike. We were there at around 3/3:30 pm.“
