“Family atmosphere with plenty of laughter“

“Visited twice while in TN and I tried Fancy Nancy and Sassy Scotty (my favorite of the two), and loaded baked potato soup (delicious). At another reviewer's suggestion, instead of ordering the sandwich the second time around I just got the scoop and made my own since you get so much more chicken salad with the scoop compared to the sandwich. There were a couple of those little "hard pieces" in the chicken salad but it won't stop me from returning. Everything was great including the little cookie they give you with your meal!“

“Food is great, people are great. You app is the worst experience an app can have. What app doesn’t update the order status. I waiting about 45 minutes to an hour just waiting for my food that was already done and ready cause the app said it was received but hadn’t been started yet. Not to mention that it was just sitting on their counter without going to the mobile order shelf you have in the restaurant. What is the point of having that without using it. How hard is it for someone to walk 2 feet to out the order there. Ridiculous. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with your mobile app order system. Fix it please.“
