“This is a first time visit and it certainly won’t be our last! I got the boneless Korean wings and they were good. The absolute winner is the cheeseburger with fresh never frozen hamburger meat hand patted. I would put that burger against any burger in the Tri-Cities region. The loaded mac & cheese was phenomenal. Reminds me of the mac & cheese Our daughter makes which takes her painstakingly forever to put together… the bacon on It was so meaty. Kaela took great care of us. This was our first visit and we are looking forward to going back and I will always be looking forward to that burger. She said on Thursdays they have a deal for burger and fries for $10. If I live near there, I would be eating one every Thursday!“

“Their sign is very enticing & I'll always choose a mom & pop over a chain restaurant so I accompanied a couple coworkers for lunch. The woman taking orders was abrupt, but not rude. I opted for the lunch special: chuckwagon sandwich, onion rings & drink for $6.99. Our food was ready sooner than expected with a bit of a crowd in the restaurant. The chuckwagon sandwich was tasty with lettuce, tomato & the perfect amount of mayo. Onion rings were actual onions with a smooth, crunchy batter & were still piping hot when I received them. Although not the best lunch I've had working in this area, I would definitely return & would recommend this restaurant for a tasty, no-frills meal.“

“This is a fun place to go for a date night or special occasion. We love to share the starters and small plates so everyone gets to try several things. The corn ribs with white BBQ and the lamb meatballs are dinner favorites. The smoked vanilla ice cream by itself or in the s'mores Sunday is wonderful. Every server we've had there had been great and if they don't know an answer they go find out for you. Only minor note is they don't have sweet tea and the soda they have doesn't come with refills but water is better for us anyway. We'll be going back for another fun evening.“

“Great place to eat. Very caring people to work for. When busy they don't care one bit to jump in were needed. I can say out of all the jobs I've had in my life I don't dread going into work. I'm always anywhere from 20 to 15 mins early. I don't care to stay over. Very positive place to work as well. Everyone works together and always encourage each other.“

“We have eaten at White Duck Taco locations in Asheville, NC, and Chattanooga, TN, so when we saw there was one in Johnson City - attached to Yee Haw Brewing no less! - we knew this was our dinner spot on a recent trip. Did not disappoint. All the tacos are good but we loved the Bahn Mi and the Shrimp and Grits tacos! White Duck’s menu is fun, creative, affordable, and always tasty.“

“My husband & I come to Johnson City for his treatment at VAMC, Mountain Home. We stopped at this location & had the most delicious meal. Kahner gave us excellent service & Krystal is top notch at the grill. If my husband has an appetite after his appointment, his favorite meal is from Waffle House.
