“Talk about above and beyond!!!!! I came here for my lunch and received some of the BEST customer service of my life!!! First off the food was really good. With it being my first time here, I was greeted with all smiles and the menu was explained very well. To top things off, I was going through car troubles in the parking lot, and the Manager (I think he’s the manager) Nathan went out of his way to come and give some assistance. He even allowed me to wait inside for my tow truck to arrive. I’ll definitely be back!!“

“I just went there couple mins ago, the guy was so sweet and patient with us. This was the first time I ever went and saw them on instagram for weeks now and just went today. The mini pancakes with Nutella and Oreos and cinnamon crunch was so good, I’m not a big fan of pancakes but it was good and what got me was the fruit, they had fresh strawberries, they come with bananas but I can’t have that but other then that the place was clean and very good energy all around!!!“

They said to just turn on my hazard lights and the waitresses would know I was waiting for service. I ordered a #5 with fries, plus tip on a credit card. “Bo's is a small little business so it's packed quite often. But it's worth the wait. The owner is a sweet little lady and she always cooks your food fresh I love her sooo much. My fav is the sweet and spicy wings. They also have THE BEST tenders I've ever had. Good for catering parties!“

“We took a school(homeschool)tour at this location (Mockingbird Dallas) and got to see behind the scenes , we saw the kitchen, and everything is very clean and the food is really fresh! The manager Daniel was fantastic and Rachel was super kind! The food was great as always, but it was great to learn about their entire food preparation process, knowing that they use fresh beef! They wash their lettuce, the potatoes for the fries are fresh and cut daily.If we already liked In N Out before, now we love it!“

The staff was friendly, the space was clean (though a bit small inside), and the food and drinks were really good. The outdoor patio was a nice touch, but the summer bugs were a bit much. “I visited this Panda last week Saturday and Sunday.(9/8&9/9) This lady,I first interacted with was magnificent and greeted me .I didn't get her name, but she was short, polynesian/ Asian. She was serving the rice and noodles. The line was long and she perfected her job. She directed 2 separate lines; one line for customers waiting to pay ,and the other line for ordering. She had a system. My flight was delayed and came back on Sunday. This time she was working harder. The line was longer than Saturday. I sat at the bar watching this woman work. I felt bad for her because she did not receive help from her co-workers. I am a restaurant owner ,and I would like to compliment her hard work. I heard several customers complimenting her such as " You're a super woman" , "You're doing it all" , "Wow, you're fast", " Are you by yourself?", " They should be helping you"... This lady continued serving. I hope she gets recognized , she is good. It is hard to find good workers nowadays. Thank you Lady for serving me,and may God bless you.“

“Best Catfish in North Dallas !!! Hands down everything on there menu is good and nicely prepared but the catfish is my favorite !! The staff is always nice, friendly, and in good sprit !! Everything is cook to order so the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh ! I give them a 10/10 on the service and food 👍🏾“

“Stopped in here on a lunch break with my coworker, we were both FAMISHED and hungry as could be halfway through our shift, and traveled all the way down from downtown... closest Taco Casa I could find us!!
This Taco Casa is connected to a gas station-store directly. The food, after we got it, and our sweet teas, were AMAZING. The service was excellent, and the food and sweet tea... I've only had it that good at one other Taco Casa over by where I live!
Now the reason for the 4/5, the atmosphere: It was kept mostly upbeat by the staff, doing their best to serve us with smiles on their faces! But I guess this side of the Metroplex, many of the... what I can only ASSUME... other customers just kept looking downtrodden or unhappy for any reason. I would guess my coworker were the only ones with smiles on our faces as we got our order and left!

Staff, yall are doing an amazing job, and NONE of the loss of a star is yall's fault AT ALL. No, that was the OTHER customers making it feel depressing, despite us others trying to keep going despite our jobs being a drag! Yalls food always brings pleasure and gives us full stomachs that last the rest of the day! Keep up the good work!

Depressing customers, if you're reading this, try and enjoy the food when you can, you came here for the FILLING and TASTY food that doesn't give you the Taco Bell Emergency Runs, and it's also fair priced. Try not to bring us down, and try to find joy in the food you ordered and the upbeat attitudes of the staff! They, and the rest of us customers, have to deal with your depressing attitudes enough already. Don't ruin a good thing for the rest of us!“

Taco casa was actually started by one of the guys who also started Taco Bell but branched off. They have kept the same menu since they've opened, just a little tidbit of information for everybody when considering the which one is better.“
