“Love the drinks here, but every time I come in, the customer service sucks. Nobody says hello or even smiles at you. The cashier was nice, but the people making the drinks and handing them out didn’t even say a word; instead, they had an attitude with me. The place is great, but it would just work on the customers feeling more welcomed. It would be nice.“

“Pluto World Daiquiri Shop was such a great experience! My siblings and I were visiting from out of town, and from the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The atmosphere was fun, the daiquiris were amazing, and the customer service truly stood out.

I especially want to shout out Iris — she was incredibly helpful, sweet, and genuinely kind. She took her time explaining the menu, made great recommendations, and made us feel right at home. You can tell she truly cares about customers and loves what she does.

“Everyone I have brought here has been impressed by the food. The food is hot and fresh and consistent every time. Other Vietnamese restaurants taste bland now because I always compare them to here. I have tried the Pho Dac Biet, Bun Rieu, Cahn Bun, Specialty Bahn Mi, fried egg roll, and shrimp fresh roll. Portion sizes are enough to eat half at the restaurant and take the other half home for another meal. I especially appreciate the waiter who usually wears a hat, not sure of his name but he helped explain menu items and encourages me to try new items every time. He always has a smile and is very proud to have people try food from his country.“

Now on to the smoothies ……. my fiancé got the dolce Leche strawberry cream smoothie added yogurt and granola, and it was amazing. I got the coffee, caramel protein smoothie and added probiotics and it taste like a coffee cake. It was so good. We also got a banana protein, waffle with strawberries and banana and whipped cream and it was so filling and it taste amazing. This was an amazing Saturday brunch treat. Can’t wait to come back.“

“They didn't make my order. Said they couldn't make the sandwich after saying they were working on the order. I had waited a half hour before even being told. They had said they were working on my order when I got there. I asked for reimbursement since the sandwich couldn't be made. They hadn't even started the smoothie and I had to get to an appointment. They said couldn't reimburse me because I ordered online. I called customer service who told me all they can do is submit a claim. This was two weeks ago and customer service still says there's nothing they can do. They have done what they can. I find it unethical that tropical smoothie doesn't have a way to pay back people who order online if the order can't be fulfilled. How long does one have to wait for whomever to decide if I'm telling the truth? Knowing that there are no guarantees on getting our money back when ordering online is disappointing and I think it's unethical to keep my money. I will never eat tropical smoothie again because there are no guarantees or protection for the consumer or their money.“

“Brought 3 picky kids who originally wanted ice cream and left with three very happy children. The teas were awesome and the Oreo shake is 6-yr and adult approved and applauded. It's the atmosphere though, even more than the tea. The games brought me back to my childhood, and playing them with my own kids was a blast! we probably spent nearly an hour in there and the kids didn't even think of their electronics! That is success in my book! LOL! love this place! our first time going, and we will most definitely be back!“

“The Baker’s Son opened in Kissimmee, FL. I was able to go to there soft opening 12/4/2025. The Filipino Baked goods are fresh, and they have a variety to choose from. I tried a couple, and loved the savory chicken filled siopao and chicken filled pandesal. The Filipino dessert baked goods were delicious too. All made fresh out of the oven. They have a cafe in the bakery that I did not get a chance to try yet, but will go with my husband and kids in the future.“
