“Loved it! After sending my friends there multiple times and hearing their reports / seeing their pics, I finally made it. I was looking for a burger one day on the way home from the airport and remembered Dayne's burgers. A week ago, a neighbor picked up a couple of burgers from Dayne's for the wife and I. Oh how amazing they were. So now I'm in there and in line looking at the menu. So many good choices - so I made a plan. Today, grab a burger and Frito Beans, then come back Sunday for a Beef Rib and Burnt ends. The burger was amazing. Two thin patties, 2 kinds of cheese and some red onion. Perfect. And I really liked the Frito Beans. Beans at BBQ joints can be hit and miss. I loved their take on beans. C'mon Sunday - can't wait for a Beef Rib!“

“Dead End Trading Post was a pleasant surprise to say the least. Plenty of parking, super laid back atmosphere with amazing food! We had the brisket tacos and potato skins and we were both full. Live music on the weekends! This place is a hidden gem y’all, go check it out!“

“Delicious craft BBQ. Mouthwatering brisket, ribs, sausage etc. Wife says their smoked turkey is the best she's ever had. They have specials every week like Dino ribs or burn-ins. They also have a prime rib every other Saturday night. Great sides like green chile hominy. Pintos or baked beans among other things. Also have a full bar with cold Shiner, Shiner light and DosXX on tap among others! Try it out you surely won't be disappointed. And don't forget the desserts different cobblers and a delicious banana pudding with a little extra kick to it.“

“Found this place by chance, as I was in the area waiting to meet someone for a trailer, stopped in for a brisket brunch and did NOT disappoint!!! I didn't catch the bartenders name, but he was outstanding and even sang a little bit... I had the Shrimp and burnt ends small plate, a bloody mary and it was all fantastic!! “I live in Granbury, had appt in Fort Worth.I stopped to get some BBQ at Risckys yesterday. April 3, 2024 I had not been there since at least last year. I have to say best lean sliced BBQ sandwich ever. So tender. And this time I also got 1/2 pound for later. Shared some with my mom… Awesome BBQ and sauce.
