“I've been a regular at JC since grand opening and I consistently order the Galbi to go. Abundant meat for the price, the quality also shows in the taste. The right amount of char, flavor, and fat, it is some of the best galbi you can get in the area. Sode dishes are nothing crazy- a small portion of rice topped with fried egg and two gyozas. (Would prefer to have kimchi or other pickled vegetables to cut through richness of protein as opposed to more fat). Service is both kind and incredibly quick- never exceeds 10 minutes to prepare.“
“The food isn’t bad but don’t expect it to be authentic. It’s Korean Japanese, so the spicy base is gochujang, which isn’t a bad thing but it’s not authentic Japanese if that is what you’re interested in. Service is excellent, they check in often and food comes out fast.“
“My son and I love to get sushi together. Just this past weekend, we stumbled across a hidden gem in Murphy, TX. As we walked into Kenzo, the atmosphere immediately took me back to some small neighborhood eateries in the Chicagoland area i used to frequent. it was dim and Clean and art hung from the walls. from bamboo paintings to ceramic wall hangings. The deep red was inviting and they were quick to seat us. As we looked around there were also knic knacks and gifts from what we could only assume were from grateful local patrons. We saw a sign that was made from a local 17 year old patron of wood and plastic which my son and i agreed must have been cut precisely on a C&C machine and layered together. As an anime fan it was awesome to see the coloring pages of multiple young artists favorite characters... There was Nezuko and Beerus and Goku and well....you get it. On to the food!We went simple with some pork gyoza for an appetizer. For our main lunch we chose Spicy tempura Rolls, Spicy Salmon Rolls and my son definitely need his spicy california roll! The Gyoza was so Crisp and the pork was cooked perfectly. The dipping sauce had a sweet broth flavor. We were pleasantly surprised and i would highly recommend. Unless you need something lighter. The Rolls came out in a family style on one plate and my son and I loved that. From the tight rolls, crispy shrimp and all the way to the tangy eel sauce and spicy mayo... these rolls were on point! They hit the spot as we were completing our meal, our server went to a hidden fridge and surprised both of us with a vanilla icecream bar covered with a chocolate shell. We were a bit thrown off, however it was an awesome pallette cleanser and a great way to wrap a giant red bow on this experience. Hats off Kenzo...Great Apps!, Great Rolls! Great staff and dessert was amazing!! You have made new customer(s) of me and my family! I highly recommend this budget friendly treasure hidden in a strip mall. GO SEE THEM!!!“
“First time at Marufuku and I think a return visit is in order. The ramen broth (chicken and pork) and noodles were fantastic. It's a little pricey for the portion size but it's worth the spend in the end. The pork buns were a pleasant surprise with a burst of fresh flavors. Very good. The soy dressing on the salad had a little kick to it and was another pleasant surprise. Will definitely go back and try the chicken broth next time!“
“This is a little hidden gem in Dallas with some of the most delicious all-you-can-eat sushi I ever had! The menu is extensive with so many varied and unique rolls to try. The servers are very nice, attentive and helpful. The chefs are fast and professional. I will definitely come back. If you like to eat a LOT like I do the $45 for AYCE is WELL worth it.ETA: been here twice in the past 2 months and it is one of my favorite AYCE places in Dallas!“
“After we visited Kansha last month, we’ve become regulars. It’s such an authentic Japanese atmosphere in every possible way. We’ve always been greeted warmly by lady who is so happy to see us and very friendly. Menu offers variable of dishes and sushi. Service is always prompt and top. Chef is Japanese and sometimes greets us wit smile. But the star of the show is food! We’ve been trying couple of types of sushi and our favorite is Dallas. What we appreciate in Kansha’s sushi it’s perfect balance of ingredients and flavors. It’s never overloaded with rice.Miso soup that comes with Bento box probably the best miso I’ve tried in my life.Bento portions are sizable and ingredients always fresh and hot.Separate appreciation of ramens and soups. We’ve tried several, and my husband said he head never eaten better ramen. I know it might not sound convincing, but it’s definitely worth trying. All in all I couldn’t recommend more!“
“Very yummy ramen!! Very fresh and hot! Several different types of ramen, rice dishes, and udon noddle dishes. We had the fried shrimp and vegetarian Gyoza for apps. Both was good! Waiters were very friendly and patient with us since this was our first time there. They also checked on us several times which was nice. They gave us additional sauces and condiments for our ramen. Also additional items to add as sides or in your ramen. We will definitely visit this place again.“
“Ramen and Udon are filled with so much flavor! saw the nikugen akai udon recommended from a video, it's so worth it! Love creamy broths, and the spice is just enough where it doesn't take away from the flavors.Staff was super nice and on top of everything!“
“Impeccable & rapid service. Sushi was absolutely incredible. Delicious, savory soup. I could dine here every day! Loved it—had lunch there while visiting family while McKinney. If you enjoy sushi & perfect service in a lovely neighborhood, give this place a try. Hope to go back again soon!“
“2/11/24 - I never ever been to a authentic Ramen Noodle Restarunt Before... I finally went the very first time and i gotta say... it is Really Good!!!! Hokkaido Ramen House is amazing!!! When you walk in it looks empty but it is better like that anywayz lol. The Staff are Very Friendly and Respectful! They give you the menus and you choose! The Chicken Rich Soup is my All Time Favorite!!! It tasted like Ramen Noodles Chicken Flavor with meat n bokchoy! The Cost is not bad price wise! Portion of Food they fill it up :) :) and they do have to go plates if you can't finish you food. I hope there is a Location in Florida because i want to go again!!! This place is worth it and i Recommand Everyone come here and Try it out!!!“
“Good ramen place. I ordered the tonkotsu with no spice (traditional). The broth could have a bit more flavor but the pork belly was meaty, tender and flavorful. I didn’t care much for piecemeal pricing for egg, seaweed, ginger, etc. My companions like their Tan Tan and Tokyo Black ramen orders. We also ordered karaage which I thought was decent, I’ve had better. The restaurant is mainly self-service but we had a nice young lady take our order table side. Service was fast. Sadly I didn’t get to take photos before I dug in.“
“Our family has eaten here several times and it has always been good. This last time was a birthday meal request from one of our kids and we tried a ton of food: variety of sushi rolls, tonkatsu Ramen, spicy miso Ramen and spicy Ramen, plus takoyaki balls, spam musubi and edamame. Everything was delicious!!Service was fantastic. Very attentive and friendly. The 6 of us walked out happy and full!“
“Okay, this is my secret to go place. If you want some authentic and cheap and high quality Chinese food, go here. Warning, skip all American/ ramen menu part. I have not taste that portion, but feel free to try, it’s just that I would strongly recommend the chief special page till the end.“
“TikTok made me do it ! The atmosphere is nice !! I got the Chicken Ramen... It's good but you do have to fix it up a little and the meat is dry but other than that it's a nice vibe and the Pineapple Smoothie is 10X the best drink !!! It's so freaking good!“
“Cozy place serving delicious ramen and lots of other options for non-ramen people. I got the shoyu and substituted tofu and it was delicious. Very flavorful with the thick wavy noodles. My son had the tonkatsu and he inhaled the bowl. Highly recommend!“
“Always a great option for Japanese food. The Ramen broths are made similar to how they done in Japan, and taste just as good as if living there. The other food options are also great with Okonomiyaki being a favorite of mine. Another good choice outside of Ramen is the Tonkatsu Curry Rice.“
