Starbucks in Allen

“I just started going to this location bc it's on my way to work and I don't leave early enough to go past my work to my usual location.

I was pleasantly surprised. The store is a bit smaller than I expected, with a smaller staff. They worked just as hard as a staff of 6. They were like a well oiled machine. It took a few mins to get my order since I came at a very busy time of morning, but my coffee was deeeelicious.
I am particular and look for a certain taste in my coffee order. They hit it on the head. :)“

“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about 10 months now, and while I could talk about how they’re always consistent with my meticulous order or how efficiently they handle rushes, I really want to highlight something that’s become rare these days: genuine hospitality.

Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by at least three baristas, all with sincerity in their voices. It’s such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. I know how easy it can be to let the “welcome in” fade after saying it a hundred times a day, or to assume someone else already said it, but this team never misses a beat. That kind of consistency and warmth is amazing.

Thank you to the entire staff for keeping that energy alive, and to the managers for cultivating and leading a culture that values connection and kindness. All of you, sincerely, thank you.“

“I just want to say the customer service here is top tier! Had a long day of work and my girlfriend wanted a matcha latte and a chocolate croissant before I got home. I went there and ordered through the drive thru and got to the window and they got my order wrong with the size of the drink and Hunter the drive thru person saw my reaction/facial expression and asked me immediately if she heard me wrong in the drive thru and to me it wasn’t a big deal but she said sorry and told me to hold on and gave me the large for my girl that I originally ordered for her to make it better and let me keep the small drink. Got to try matcha for the first time and it was good hahah. Thank you Hunter and the team there tonight! You definitely will be seeing me more often and will be ordering for my girlfriend and myself now instead of just her haha.“

“I really like this Starbucks. Especially their sitting area which is quite spacious. I come here everytime i visit target for shopping. They are never out of stock and make really good drinks. Recently they started renovating and kind of decreased the sitting area but hopefully it will still be enough. My only complaint is if they increase their staff. Lines are always big here and there is only one guy making drink.“

“This Starbucks has a nice selection. Smaller than the rest but within Kroger. The only achy part is there is no sitting area. We sat outside in the parking lot under a tree shade. If ur that type you ll love it. If you want seating then this is not for you.“
