“Today I went to Subway for lunch when I walked in there was a line and one lady making all the sandwiches. I feel very bad for her, but not once did I see her get frustrated or lose control of the situation she took care of all the customers very gratefully.“

“Great stop at this Subway inside the Love’s. The employees were quick, friendly, and knew their menu well. My sandwich was made clean and fresh, and the whole place was way more organized than you expect at a highway pit stop. Easily one of the better Subways I’ve been to on the road.

You need to staff your store properly. This is the exact reason why its so hard to find consistent and reliable employees, especially making less than $18 an hour to be able to barely afford anything these days. He could have quit and left. He could have been rude. He could have handled the situation so many different ways by simply closing the store and leaving. He didnt. He made everything correct. Changed his gloves every time. Used a clean knife. Followed all the standards and kept going. As I left, the line continued to increase and the online orders were printing on the floor because they kept coming. Not sure if today was a one off or what, but staff your store properly and forget the labor. Xavier was almost out of all the food on the line and bread. I wanted to get behind the counter and help but I know thats a food service violation. Every customer was understanding and apologizing for him being so busy, which was a pleasant change. “I am REALLY mad at myself for not leaving a review sooner!!! I have gone here for years every Thursday after Tae-Kwon-Do right down the street, and I have never, and I guarantee you I never will have a problem with it! As with any restaurant, you might get a wrong order every once a month, but that is just part of the restaurant experience and not Subway's fault! Even if they do get your order wrong, they are super apologetic and offer to make a new one free! The employees are super kind and nice! After coming for a long time, I always see a smile when I walk through those doors. The food itself is wonderful! Absolutely 11/10 it is so good! I think that the employees deserve a raise. I don't care what their payroll is, give them a raise either way! They've earned it! I can't tell you how great it is, you have to try it to know!“

My one concern with this place is due to its forced tips. This is not a fine dining establishment, it’s a fast food sub shop. When the lowest tip option you offer is 10% what that tells your customers is that you’re not paying your employees enough.

I hope I’m wrong. If this changes then I’ll modify the review. Overall a good location though.“

“This is the 2nd time we've eaten at this Subway and I had to go and give a review! Vinney was the one both times that fixed our subs and let me tell you Vinney made sure he had the sub as if he was going to eat it. Vinney took great care in preparing it the way we wanted and let me tell you the subs were excellent both times.
I told Vinney as long as he was fixing the subs we would be back, he is a very pleasant young man Subway should be proud to have him!
The store was clean and well stocked. We were extremely happy both times!“

“So the lady working was just awesome I was a little cold and when I mentioned it to her without hesitation she went and adjusted the temperature to make me comfortable even though I'm sure she was hot cause she was in the back working. My sandwich was amazing this was the first time eating at subway since they started slicing the meat. The bathrooms were clean along with the restaurants as a whole! Kristina absolutely made my day!
