“A friend and I went here for a quick matcha stop before walking over to Franklins BBQ and we got the Magick Matcha drink and the Pink Dream. Bunny the barista was kind and a joy to talk to! Both of the drinks were so fun - colorful and very tasty. This is in a little food truck Park with a few other trucks, would absolutely recommend stopping by! I know I'll be back.“

“First. The food and the place was excellent. The host was accommodating and the server was cool, up until the end. I guess if you leave the table to go to the bathroom, you have to check in with staff so they don't clear your table of your unfinished food and drink. I hadn't even paid yet. Came back 5 mins later, my daughter also had to go to the bathroom apparently, and all our plates with a third of our food still on it stacked up and being carried away by the server. The table had even wiped down. The place wasn't even busy - so, it's not like there was people waiting on a table. Well, I gotta get going to get some more coffee from somewhere else....“

“Today was our first-time using Patika to cater a breakfast for our company's monthly board meeting and we will definitely be ordering from them for every board meeting/ breakfast meeting moving forward! The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and they had everything packaged perfectly. So happy to have found them and can't wait for our next breakfast meeting!!“

“Edit: this breakfast and brunch restaurant is also a coffee shop too, with pastries and muffins (I forgot to get a Pic of those), and items like Cappaccino and Lattes too. This place has an amazing atmosphere, and is very retro, with retro music playing. Very good breakfast. I took some pics, but wanted to get pics of the retro diner style comfy seats, that you would see in an old retro diner, but there was a couple sitting at one of the 2 pairs of Seats, so I could not take a Pic of that part. Really cool place though. Oh, and you place your order at the counter, but a staff member brings you your order. We were here on a weekday morning, but I read in a different review that they have 100% table service on the weekends. It was our 1st time here though.“

“Eberley made the absolute best Iced Bennu with pecan flavor. I asked her what the most popular iced coffee is and voila. WOW. I am making this my new meeting spot with friends - your 2001 East MLK location. Stay great and see you all soon! “One of my favorite spots in town. A great, authentic neighborhood spot with a city feel and the best music / DJs. They support local musicians, artisans, chefs - always a good line up of music and pop-ups. I appreciate the menu has variety but stays simple. I always enjoy the wine; have also tried the açaí bowls and sandwiches, made with care and good ingredients.“

“I got a drip coffee with soy milk and my fiancée got a vanilla latte. My coffee was good, a little cooler than I usually prefer but the quality of the beans more than made up for it. My fiancées latte was quite possibly the best latte either of us have ever had. Incredibly smooth and flavourful.
The ambiance and atmosphere was cozy and rustic, and the customer service was amazing. The baristas that served us were super fun and seemed to genuinely be having a good time.
NOTE; There are no tacos or "real food" at this location, there are pastries and a few fridge sandwiches. So if you're looking for a meal, check elsewhere. But if you want incredibly tasty coffee... here's your jam.“

“The Strawberry matcha latte, cold brew slushy, banana pudding matcha latte, and cereal milk latte were sooo good. The line was long but went by fast. Pricing for these drinks were on the higher end since we subbed regular milk for alternative options. Would come back again!“

“So cute and a good study spot. Great ambiance. Drinks are not always consistent and wouldn't recommend getting drinks with steamed milk here. Inside and outside spots. Parking can be difficult sometimes.

Parking: Try to park on the roads behind flightpath. You'll have to walk.“

“I'm not embarrassed to say that the baristas came to know my order and name over the course of my four years in Austin. The baristas are super cool and friendly, and it feels like a family. The setting and location are perfect, and of course there's no other drink like the Iced Turbo. I have often returned to Texas and made sure to stay at the Hotel San Jose so that I can be steps away from my favorite coffee spot. If you love coffee don't leave town without going to one of the Jo's locations in Austin, TX.“

My only gripe is the audio outside kept cutting in/out but I’m sure they will get that fixed once the football season really kicks off

“Starving after a medical appointment and ducked into the Hideout for nourishment and respite. Had THE BEST HAM/GRILLED SWISS SANDWICH WITH HONEY. The ham had no slivers of fat. All succulent ham. And a chaser of fresh lemonade. The staff is sweeter than Texas tea. Jazzy relaxing Christmas instrumental music accented dangling lights . A totally peaceful vibe. If you are at Aloft Downtown, exit front door. Hang a left 1 minute away on Congress. Pass 7-11 and a few steps away on left, The Hideout. My new hang out. A variety of sandwiches/drinks/coffee. Sit on a stool and watch Austinites and visitors walk by. Or grab a cozy table and forget the rat race.“
