“I've been thinking about how to write this review since last night, when I visited Bouldin Creek Cafe for dinner after a long day of travel.
Normally I don't have to think very hard, but this place definitely has me searching for new adjectives to describe just how unbelievably good my food was.
Let me just keep it simple. The breakfast tacos contained tofu scramble that I will never forget. I'm going to tell my kids about this tofu scramble. If I ever become a professor, I'm going to teach a class about this tofu scramble. It was the most incredible application of flavor to taste buds I think I've ever had.
The staff were also extremely kind, knowledgeable, and very willing to tolerate my menu-indecision ?.
Even the other customers were kind and friendly. That isn't normally something you can really credit to the establishment, but I have no doubt that the quality of food and the general atmosphere of the cafe had at least something to do with attracting such nice people.
I don't care if you are vegan, vegetarian, omnivorous, or have never eaten a vegetable in your life. You owe it to yourself to come and eat here.

“A solid four star diner. The menu is extensive, and there are many options for anyone with food restrictions, and the seasonal menu is usually good and inspired.

Getting a table can take quite a while most times, and the food and drinks generally take ages to get to the table. The servers are almost always nice and competent, though.

In general, it's a consistent and good dining experience, just expect long wait timed for the table, the food, and the drinks.“

“I got a drip coffee with soy milk and my fiancée got a vanilla latte. My coffee was good, a little cooler than I usually prefer but the quality of the beans more than made up for it. My fiancées latte was quite possibly the best latte either of us have ever had. Incredibly smooth and flavourful.
The ambiance and atmosphere was cozy and rustic, and the customer service was amazing. The baristas that served us were super fun and seemed to genuinely be having a good time.
NOTE; There are no tacos or "real food" at this location, there are pastries and a few fridge sandwiches. So if you're looking for a meal, check elsewhere. But if you want incredibly tasty coffee... here's your jam.“

The only down side is that the baristas are typically a little too busy to acknowledge customers in line right away and you can usually guarantee that you won't find seating inside. But if you need great coffee to go and you're not in a hurry, then this is the place for you.“

“Daphne at the register is very helpful and kind, she definitely made my experience a pleasant one.
Food was fresh and tasted good, Voodoo Matcha is amazing,must try!
We went on a Saturday and it does get very busy but they do the best they can to fulfill the orders.
If you are not the patient type that likes to sit outside and enjoy the weather go elsewhere on the weekend.

The setting and location are perfect, and of course there's no other drink like the Iced Turbo. I have often returned to Texas and made sure to stay at the Hotel San Jose so that I can be steps away from my favorite coffee spot. If you love coffee don't leave town without going to one of the Jo's locations in Austin, TX.“

My only gripe is the audio outside kept cutting in/out but I’m sure they will get that fixed once the football season really kicks off
