“I didn't used to go much because I didn't like the way they treated me. I always go on the night shift. Now, the guy they have on the night shift is very friendly in the way he greets you, takes orders, and is very quick when you arrive. He welcomes you, says his name is Daniel, and provides good service. I hope you get to be served by him when you go.“
“I recently visited the Jack in the Box on Burnet Rd and had an absolutely exceptional experience thanks to Manager James. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was spotlessly clean and the staff was attentive and friendly - a clear reflection of James's leadership.
What truly impressed me was how James personally checked on me to ensure i was enjoying my meal.
James has clearly created a positive work environment. The food was prepared quickly, served hot, and tasted delicious.
If you're looking for fast food with exceptional service, I highly recommend visiting this Jack in the Box location. Manager James sets the standard for what customer service should be in the fast food industry. This location deserves every bit of the 5 stars I'm giving it!“
“Your experience will depend on who is working here. This isn't the most flattering Jack in the Box in appearance. You will find the drive thru can be slow.
I have revisited this restaurant for about 5 years. It is very so-so. But once in a blue moon, you get a really good attendant at the Drive Thru, every now and again they get your order just right.
This isn't some special Jack in the Box. I just had some good moments and some bad moments here. Your experience simply depends who is working here at any given time.“

“Late night drive thru service was great. Order was just as requested. The bacon on the ultimate cheeseburger was crisp and there was a generous amount! We were also provided plenty of dipping sauce for all our sides! Thank you for that! I love my ranch!! Despite being the only worker (not sure) our order was made correctly, quickly and with great attention to detail, I will come back to this location and definitely recommend this if you’re out late, great service.“
“Christine is a superb employee I had the honor of being in Christine's presence to pick up some tacos and a soda !! She was absolutely so sweet and kind!! She even gave me a different sauce packet to try with my tacos so see how I liked it!! This is the best jack in the box representative I've come across!! Will be back!! “THEY SERVICE IS SO BAD, the guy was talking so low and with an attitude when I was ordering, ask him a question and was not being especially.. like who does that. Then he spilled the drink when he gave it to my dad took his time cleaning it, took forever to give us our food. He didn’t offer sauces he just closed the window so fast“
“I drove thru at 02:23 am after leaving the university from work expecting a normal drive thru experience. Wow, was i entirely wrong. The gentleman taking my order then serving it did such an amazing job that I had to go back thru the drive thru a 2nd time just so I could thank him for such a great experience. The kind of treatment that never really happens anymore. I was met by his aunt Alvina who thought there was a issue with my order and she was trying to correct it. When I explained there was absolutely no issue I just had to come around again to say thank you to Emilio, I believe that was her nephews name. If not I apologize but his name wasn't on the receipt just hers. I never do this type of thing because we'll service everywhere is basically meaningless nowadays. But not this time, it was perfect. Thank you both for making my night by doing it right.“
Fast Food • $
“Didn't have the sauce we ordered but asked about substitutions. Usually when we order on a fast food app we don't find out till we get home that they never add the sauces so that courtesy stood out. Also, plastic waste aside, the stickers that show your food is sealed is a unique and nice touch that Jack in the Box does.“
“Came to this country 20 years ago as a 5 year old, this was this first food I had in this country service and quality wad A1 back then, the other day I passed by this place as a grown adult and decided to turn around and try it out, ain't nothing changed, but not in a bad way, in a good way, many restaurants change and update the place so mutch it looses the important part, the service, like I said ain't nothing changed and neither has the service it was A1 back then and it was A1 now, honestly congrats to the owner and team and this location keep up the good work“
“This specific store has MASSIVELY improved over the last year or two. Service is amazing and feels like the employees actually want to work there unlike before. The dining room was clean and I was even greeted when entering the store. Amazing job management and employees for getting everything together! A year ago I would've left a one star review but now that is just not possible after my few recent experiences.“
“I feel like the hood fast food joints are "more gooder" if that makes sense..like foreal, homeboy definitely put his heart and soul into dropping the goods into the fryer and lifting them back out. Everything was hot, fresh, and juicy ? Fries, so crispy, so hot ? I burned my tongue..Almost felt like suing lol. The chicas at the checkout were super friendly as well..?“

“The store personnel are WONDERFUL. I have the app and try to stop by this particular 🏪 every time I need some of those tiny 🌮🌮 with that avocado & lime sauce (YUMMY)‼️🥑🍋 They also have a delicious pineapple drink I try to treat myself to at least once a month (it's kind of expensive, but oh so TASTY).“
“Normally I would never leave a 4 star review for this place. I have lived next door for 3 years, and I have seen this place go through many transitions. But at this moment, June 2024, I am so proud of them. I ordered a quick munchie box. It took 3 seconds to order it and have it delivered. It was a perfect box, organized and everything. The girl at the window, who took my order, also organized my sauces in a bag, I’ve never seen this at this location. My review is purely because of her. She was fast efficient, and had amazing customer service. I didn’t get her name, she was busy. But I’m giving it 4 stars (really it’s a 3 at best) purely because they’ve been on their game lately. I’ve seen it at a 1 star, so I can’t promise what you’ll get here. But right now ? it’s definitely a good stop.“
