“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. “Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. I moved to Grapevine and 2024 and was a Domino's guy. Then I discovered this Pizza Hut and let me tell you it has not disappointed.

I've ordered from here over the last year and a half. Probably about 40 plus times and only once has my order not hit the spot.

When you go inside they actually have workers who greets you and it has the atmosphere of classic Pizza Hut and they have a nice area to sit outside too if you would like.

Every time I order takeout I go through the drive-thru and if it says my order will be ready in 15 minutes right on the spot it's always ready in 15 minutes.

So give it a try. You won't be disappointed!“

Onion rings over fried to super dark and leather like onion. Lettuce on burger tasted strange too similar to soapy taste from limeade. Payment feature from screen where I ordered was not functional. Disappointed in this Sonic location.
Updated review: after I posted the review above, I was contacted by the GM who offered to re-make my order at my convenience and I took him up on that offer today. The Manager on duty was GREAT and remembered the GM talking about my experience to the crew. She personally took my order and delivered my food piping hot and waited to make sure there was no issue with my order. Fantastic management was absolutely demonstrated in their handling of my prior experience at their location.“

My mom gets her daily tea from here, but she recently had knee surgery and can't drive. Team member Cathy hand-delivered a tea to her house two weeks in a row. The service here is above and beyond!“

“Came in 5 days ago during dinner time and there was an event or collaboration happening with the nearby school. The inside was PACKED with families and their very young school-aged children, I mean barely a table or two were vacant. I expected the cashier to be overwhelmed and not very personable but he was actually very nice and helpful despite the chaotic atmosphere. I wish I got his name so I can compliment him directly for the awesome service because given the circumstances I did not expect it at all. I had even ordered alongside someone else so we had 2 orders to go and he personally handed us both of our orders at the same time so we didn't have any confusion and I really appreciated that. Whether a headset issue or a understanding issue often the drive thru attendants do not seem happy to be at work or struggle to understand the order.
