“Very sweet staff here. Usually do drive through, but dined-in today and it was clean. They offer games and activities as well which I thought was super neat. My 2 year old approved the food as well :)

Parking is limited at this location, and they do not offer curbside but do have 2 drive thru’s which are pretty quick.

“We didn't have time to cook before going to the Texas Rangers game so we decided to buy something delicious and quick. We bought on the app but we always went down to pick up the order. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and has a good atmosphere. Of course the food was delicious, the chicken was perfectly cooked with a delicious flavor. The family loved it thanks to the staff who never disappoint us with the great work they do in the kitchen.“

I started with the Berry Smash cocktail not too sweet but full of bold elevated flavor that set the tone for the evening

For an appetizer the crispy corn fritters with sriracha ranch were heavenly Crunchy on the outside creamy on the inside with just the right amount of heat

For my supper I went with the Love Me Tender plate mainly because I wanted greens and they did not disappoint That plate was comfort food at its finest

I also added the creamed corn jalapeño skillet cornbread and y'all that cornbread was divine Sweet savory and spicy with every bite

A special shout out to Tayah I hope I got your name right such a sweet spirit and a perfect example of Southern hospitality

There used to be a Pollo Regio on Bowen near Division that closed a while back. It had really gone downhill and we had stopped going there before it closed. The food was never as good as this food. “I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.“

“I usually order for pickup. My first impression of this place was that it wasn't kind of place I expected (it's in a strange neighborhood). But my food is always hot and fresh, and I'm usually in and out within seconds.

Trip's special is the fried fish, mac, slaw, and a drink. Fish is legit; seasoned well, crispy coating, moist and delicious. Gotta have it with the tartar. Mac is nice and cheesy with good texture. I usually don't like slaw, but Lisa's slaw is sweet, delicious, and really helps to cut down the grease. Recommend throwing in some hushpuppies too.

Chicken is pretty good most of the time, it stays crispy, tender, and juicy for a while. Not mind-blowing delicious, but homestyle and very good for the value you get out of this place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap, filling, satiating meal. Hits different when you're on the drive home and you're too lazy to chef up.“

“I tried a new place to have lunch after work. I tried two different tacos and both were good. The customer service was so awesome too. The offer of more items with my meal was amazing. I went through the drive through and it was great experience. First time eating here but I most definitely will be going back. I had two chicken tacos and both with chicken. One with avocado and the other one amazing sauce. Come and try it oh you all.“

“Just posting so people will see the update about the Labor Day hours. It was closed up and dark by 5 PM, although the Chick-fil-A app and Google maps says it is open until nine even on Labor Day. Other than that, this is a great place/location“

“While this is my “go to” Chick-fil-a restaurant, it is so frustrating to not receive all the items you paid for. I of course did not discover this until I was home. Calling the store is an endless loop of menu options or voicemail boxes that are not set up. Be sure you check your bags before you pull away!“

“Not a bad place at all. Service was prompt, efficient and on point. Food wasn't awesome, definitely not bad either.

I ordered a catfish filet, 3 chicken tenders, coleslaw and fried okra.

The catfish was cooked perfectly. Just not quality catfish. Reminds me of Southeast Asia catfish.

Chicken tenders are almost great. They seem to be brined, leaving the protein very moist. It's a texture problem for me.

Coleslaw was really good and I highly recommend it.

Fried okra needed a few more minutes in the oil. Just not quite crispy enough for me.

I will be back to explore some of the other items on the menu.“

Deavon was so great! I ordered multiple breakfast items, and while waiting I shared that I had my best Chick-fil-A experience years prior at this location. I used to live near by, so they were quite often my breakfast of choice. My routine was 4ct minis, folded egg, American cheese. I word turn the minis into little chicken egg and cheese sandwiches. One morning I order and my egg and cheese were missing. The person at the window says open your minis. I open the box and they had already assembled my minis into 4 little chicken, egg, and cheese mini sandwiches. (You can find that original review on here)

Deavon was already great, but he wanted to keep the experience going once he heard that. I got my order, and once I got home I realized the sauce for my food was missing. I called back and Deavon replaced all my food with fresh items and threw in a cookie.

My favorite location! I used to live near this location and quite often I would visit for breakfast or lunch. My “Go-to” breakfast entree is the Chicken mini combo, a side of folded egg with American cheese. I guess I had been ordering that enough that someone got hip to the fact that I had been making miniature chicken, egg, and cheese sandwiches with the minis. I arrive and place my order and before I drive away I check the bag and I say “I’m missing the egg and cheese”. The cashier says “check your minis”. I look at my minis and they had assembled them into the perfect chicken, egg, and cheese minis. That was so above and beyond!“

“So my first experience at the Chick fil a at the north east mall was amazing. Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. That she wanted my first experience at cfa to be good. I was shocked that she paid my meal. She was super friendly and sweet. I swear i wish we were bestfriends lol. Very happy that theres good people out there still. Overall food was great! Service was awesome and she made my whole day!!!!“
