“Just ordered an Asada Torta from here for the first time and it was perfect. Tender and perfectly seasoned asada on a large roll with onions, cilantro, avocado, and a little mayo. It’s the best one I’ve had in Texas! Their “mild” green sauce is tasty but has a decent kick so get it on the side. The staff was friendly and everything looked clean. Highly recommend De La O Kitchen!“

“Just set up and cooking at this location. You may remember it from the backside of Sam's Town Point. Hankering for a fried chicken sandwich this popped up nearby on my search. Pleasantly surprised with a great sandwich, tots, and threw in a taco and I'm completely stuffed. I'd say it's text Mex - heavy on the Tex. Which is exactly what I was looking for! Definitely coming back to try the quesadilla and burger!“

Compadres is hands down the best tasting and best value food trailer in Spicewood. The owner and his family are genuine and committed to great service! My pro-tip is to call your order in ahead of time because the space is tight inside when it’s busy. If needed, ask for English, there’s always someone to help!! :) it’s the breakfast tacos and lunch tacos for me“

“In a bad year for crawfish when none of the usual stores in central Texas had it, especially with Sunday pickup, we almost resorted to a lowly shrimp boil. Pops Crawfish came through big with some of the biggest and baddest crawfish I’ve ever bought. Good price (all things considered), great people, and a fantastic quality. Only 9 dead out of two sacks on a Sunday is a big win. I’ll never trust our annual crawfish boil to anyone else.“

“A small shop at the back of a convenience store with limited seating on the other side of the store. The gentleman (Tino?) working was very friendly and pulled together the order fast. Servings were stout and tasty, which I was very grateful for. My friend got standard breakfast tacos. I ordered the gordita with pastor spilling out the sides. They were out of barbacoa. Good stuff.“

“This is our favorite snow cone truck. Lots of flavors and toppings, including sugar free flavors. When we go as a family of 4 it's usually around $24 which I think is very reasonable. You can pay cash or Venmo, I think they take cards but there is a fee. My kids love going to this place and there are a couple of benches behind the truck to sit and that's nice. They are right next to Shipley's donuts, check them out!“
