“Came here on a random Monday night and our server, Tony, is absolutely amazing! I would come again just for him alone but the food is also amazing!! He taught us about the food, the best way to eat it, and the culture. It was so so fun talking to him and he made us laugh a lot. My group and I had the best experience ever. I would say this is the best service I've had in years! Love that guy!!We’ve gotten the $46 AYCE option every time and love it! The meats here are an insanely good quality and it's so yum! I usually feel really bloated and groggy after eating hotpot but I've never felt this way here! I always come out feeling very rejuvenated!“
“This is a relatively new(ish) rice noodle shop in Bellaire that specializes in variations of Chinese rice noodles with the same beef stock soup base and different add-ons of protein and veggies. I've tried the fatty beef brisket noodle as well as the chicken with mushrooms noodle soup. Soup base is lacking in flavor to be honest but the ingredients are fresh. The most tasty item I've tried here is the mouth-watering chicken 口水鸡。They really know how to activate your salivary glands with this appetizer. The chicken tastes sooo yummy because it's lightly fried first then soaked in hot chili oil and hot pepper powder. Tastes like the ones I've had in China. The cashier's push you to try their hot tea with monk fruit. It's not free just fyi.“
“A quaint and intimate restaurant, that also maintains a lively atmosphere due to the customer attraction. The food is fresh, much of it made from scratch, and they have high quality ingredients shipped in. You can taste the quality, care, and effort they put into providing their customers with the best experience. That being said, their customer service and staff is the highlight of the establishment, providing excellent service as genuine and authentic as the food itself. Many thanks to Hillary and Coby who went above to ensure a very enjoyable and pleasant dine in visit for both my partner and myself.“
“This place is great I love the atmosphere I love the food everything about this place was on point the service was amazing. And the food was great as well I really enjoyed it.Parking: You could actually park anywhere and just walk around and go shopping and then walk back to get something.“
“Cute little restaurant. I ordered online and my food was ready before the eta! The lady who took care of me was very sweet and welcoming. My food…. Absolutely delicious and refreshing. I asked for chili oil to go with my meal bc its a MUST! They did not cheap out! Go try them out! Affordable and delicious fresh food!“
“The reviews on the kimchi is true, one of the best I’ve had from a Korean restaurant. The atmosphere clean and the service is very kind and attentive. The portions are huuge! I actually accidentally came here because I typed in the wrong directions for a different Korean restaurant but decided to take a risk since I saw that this restaurant was rated highly. Let’s just say I won’t be going to the other restaurant anymore and will be coming here for my Korean cravings from now on!!!“
“I have been a customer for years and haven’t been in a while due to some construction that is finally finished and I honestly was so happy to be back! The family oriented restaurant is a 5 star in my book! Everything is always soo fresh and delicious! Best Pho in town!!“
“We had a birthday celebration here. service went above and beyond what we expected. If you looking for somewhere just enjoying your fun not have to worry about food or services - this place is best!!!! I’m return customer and many time ? FOOD ARE GREAT YALL and KARAOKE “
“World of Sourdough is always fresh and their sourdough can’t be beat! Their sandwiches and soups are both very good. I love their Cholula chicken, garlic pesto turkey and potato soup.Parking: Lots of free parking in the shopping center lot“
“I’ve come here more than once. It’s convenient enough for me to bike or walk to. Love their ramen. Most recently had the Garnet ramen with chicken instead of pork (bc I don’t eat pork) & spicy beef gyoza !Love it as usually. Place is clean and friendly!“
“My wife and I shared a Monday special beef bo bun bowl, really tasty beef with vermicelli noodles, I'd get this again! The egg rolls were very good, the beef samosas were just as good. I got a large Vietnamese iced coffee that hit the spot. We'll be back for more goodies, I see a banh mi in my near future.“
“Love this place! - plenty of parking!Wait - we’ve only had to wait once and go here several times a month. They move quickly :) - the staff is very attentive and has always been great, but we have seen extra great service since the start of 2024!Food - food is hot, tasty, and comes out quick! And for the price, you can’t beat it. Love their pho! stars. A go to place!“
“I've been going to Peking Cuisine for at least 15 years. The food is always fresh, delicious, healthy (not salty) and very reasonable/affordable.Vegetarian options: My favorites areDietary restrictions: Their foods are not salty at all and that's a big plus to me who. Is so health conscious.Parking: Easy to find a parking place.“
“The pho at this place is simply delightful, truly the highlight of my trip. The broth is exceptional, brimming with rich flavor, and paired perfectly with the impeccably cooked smaller noodles. The brisket was tender and fresh, while the meatballs added a crunchy burst of flavor. Adding the meats used in the broth for just a few extra dollars truly elevated the experience. Although I didn't have a chance to try other items on the menu, I'll definitely do so next time. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff efficiently handled orders and kept tables clean. Passing by Pho Sappa on my last day in Houston, I was tempted to indulge again, but with a flight looming, I had to resist. If you find yourself in the area, don't hesitate to visit this Pho restaurant - it's a must-try! Highly recommended!“
“Love this place. The only thing I miss is the white bean soup, it was so good, not sure why they got rud of it.Parking: Unless you have a handicap plaquered, you may have to park aways due to all the business that goes to the Marshall's next door.Wheelchair accessibility: 2-3 spots available right out front“
“My daughter asked me to take her to lunch there, so we went. We LOVED IT. I liked it so much, 2 weeks later I took my wife and she loved it too! We split a beef noodle bowl, forgot the name. It was so big we took 1/3 of it home too. Place is so good we also took 3 pork sandwiches home with us.“
“Lovely and the most delicious udon in Houston. Great place to go with a group of friends as they can accommodate fairly medium sized groups (4-6 people).Perfect bouncy texture with a delicate broth. I recommend their more traditional udons. Their western inspired udons like the carbonara are interesting and so is the TanTan Udon. They are very creamy and cheesy. The Tan Tan udon really masks the flavor of the broth, so would not recommend if you enjoy the dashi flavors.“
“Oh that pata was so delicious. This dish was recommended to us by the shop owner. No disappointment here. Crispy exterior and moist and juicy on the inside. Don't let me get started on that dipping sauce. That sauce just highlighted that scrumptious pork knuckle. It was so good we went back and ordered again. New owner and better food.“
“I came here for lunch and the owner recommended her pho. It was flavorful, I did not need to add siracha or the sweetener sauce. I asked for extra jalapeño and she was super generous with it. :) I would come back! The owner is really sweet.“
“I’ve been here before, and I remember everything being absolutely spectacular. I returned today and it did not disappoint. The service was quick and efficient, and the food was amazing! The shrimp spring rolls are a must. We ordered a P9 and a P7, and we absolutely devoured everything. Looking forward to returning.“
“Authentic delicious Vietnamese food. The menu is only in Vietnamese so we ordered using the food pictures online (Google and Yelp). We got the pork combo, curry seafood udon? (Not spicy), and the congee.Out toddlers liked the udon and congee. Strong Vietnamese coffee as well!Highly recommend and would come back again!“
“The Bahn Mis here are quite different than the Bahn Mis at Vietnamese places in midtown. Both kinds are great, Roostar has more kewpie Mayo on it if I had to guess and tastes a bit different. The cost here is $2-3 more than midtown, so that’s somewhat of a factor. Other foods here are also “
“I loved the ropa vieja!!! Rice&beans were amazing and yuca was yummy. I ordered a side of sweet plantains, which are my favorite. The empanadas were crunchy and delicious. Now I want to visit in person! Recommend this restaurant. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!“
“If you don't like fish cake, then you definitely don't want to come here. I saw a post that named this place with one of the best sandwiches... I thought "okay - it's fish cake, but maybe have also serve the traditional banh mis." Yeah, no. They only had fish cake sandwich and a banh bot loc which is shrimp and pork clear dumplings - very strange. We still tried the fried fish cake sandwich to see what the hype was about ... I think I'll stick to the traditional ones. For appetizers, we ordered the banh beo and egg rolls. Banh beo is not a common thing to see in Viet restaurants (at least I don't think so) and I don't think it's something non-Viets would order. I grew up eating these in trays where they were neatly half stacked on each other and covered in minced shrimp and mung bean. The first time I ate single servings was at Nam Giao and it was delicious! This place does the single servings as well, but their serving size was bigger. I would have to say that this banh beo is better than Nam Giao. It's hotter, fresher, and softer. The egg rolls were a bit of disappointment. They were bite size, so they were cute, but the flavor wasn't incredible. For entrees, we had the Bun Bo Da Nang (Beef Noodle Da Nang region) and Canh (Viet Udon). Both weren't bad but like I said earlier - it's all fish cake! Lots and lots of fish cake! I felt bad because we couldn't finish all the fish cake! If you like fish cake, you'll get fish cake!“
“Let's begin with a Raplata for one of the best locations of Salata.I like to sing fast songs but my fans love the BALLADI like to log in but my password's INVALIDI'm walking in the air with a Snowman like ALEDAnd I like to go to Salata when I want SALADFresh greens are something for which we RALLIEDAnd I like to worship Barbie if you'll let me be CANDIDAnything she wants especially a tossed SALADBut she would never want me if I looked like DJ KHALEDI wonder if my parking pass is still VALIDI wonder if my voice could ever sound like KHALIDI wonder why my d*** just got rock SOLIDBut I love Salata when it comes to SALADThey have the best salads you can get at the best prices, simply put. I haven't had fresher ones at any salad place in the country, nor any as big.I'm glad there is one on Wirt now, close to the Long Point gym I go to. Very very useful!Their croissant is good too, and you get one free with your salad. Oh, and the best dressing is the Lemon one, but a lot of people like Fresh Herb. It's a new and large location, so there's plenty of places to sit and eat. It's definitely one of the better locations that we have been to.Other good locations are Weslayan, W Gray, and I-10 next to Energy Corridor/Hwy 6.And let's finish with more rap:Finding good food is hard, finding good salad is HARDERSometimes you pay a high price, some times you have to BARTERSometime Barbie comes here in fencenets, sometimes in a GARTERBut if you want a wonderful Salad, go to SALATANow I have to go, so I'll Salata Alligator.“
“Not a pho person in general, so I got Banh Mi from here and it was good. I got the Grilled Beef Banh Mi and it was so good. Little pricey for a Banh Mi but I would say the ingredients and the quantity of items they used were really good and I liked it a lot. The only problem was the price but other than that good experience overall.“
“This was my first time here, and I almost drove to a different pho spot because of it being in the mall- I’m glad I didn’t! It’s easy access from the south west corner. This family makes do with the space they have really nicely. What they lack in space they make up for in big flavors. I had the combo pho and the pork spring rolls.1. Pho: Amazing. Pour me a glass of that broth any day.2. Spring Rolls: Texas-sized, with deliciously seasoned pork and homemade peanut sauce.Amazing little unsuspecting spot that will have you wanting to come the pho back.“
“Stopped in for a quick lunch with my husband. The interior was clean and inviting. Our waiter was courteous and friendly. And the food did not disappoint. We had the grilled pork and grilled chicken rice plates. Great flavor and presentation. Definitely a must try if you're in the area !“
“I love the newks q and everytime I’m by a newks I have to stop for one! (We don’t have one close). Darius, in the cater department, has been there the last two times I have and he has gone out of his way to give exceptionally kind customer service. And everyone else was very kind too, and eager to help me as I approached the register. My experience is always good at this newks location I hope they keep up the great quality!“
“Was a little hesitant due to never eating there before and being a tourist. But was happily surprised! The service was great, we were able to be seated quickly and food came out quick as well. Workers were very kind. The atmosphere is nice, air conditioned and welcoming, there is a fish tank and seating is great. The food was absolutely delicious, probably the best pho I have ever tasted.Vegetarian options: N/aDietary restrictions: I am pescatarian and was still able to order a pho without meat.Parking: N/aKid-friendliness: There was a fish that could potentially entertain kids, there was also some families in the restaurant. Nothing inappropriate.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp in the parking lot.“
“Was it nearly $30 for two small salads? Yes. But if you're going to Salata, you probably know what you're getting into. The veggies were fresh, the food was delicious and the staff filled the ever living heck out of our boxes. We will be back!“
“One of, if not THE favorite of mine to eat a salad. Great, open, modern environment with natural sunlight the staff of always friendly and the salads are consistently fresh and delicious! ???Parking: Not unlimited spaces but there's free parking available“
“came here for dinner :) and food exceeded our expectations! evry dishes were so well-seasoned, just so much toppings in each bowl we ordered bun bo hue, canh bun, bun mam, pha lau, and goi du du. green seatings and brick wall made rly nice background for pics! bring cash so you can get 5% discount (pls confirm with staff)“
“After running an errand after church, we were ready for lunch. We found Your Kitchen using Google maps. The wife liked reviews, so we gave it a try. The menu offered lots of options. The food was great. The portions were plentiful. The price was very reasonable. And the service was great.Parking: More than enough spaces were available.“
“Visit Tofu Village, a pure tofu jjigae specialty store in Houston! I am very grateful that the store is open without any problems even on Christmas Day.Houston's Chinatown? Located in a corner of Asia Town. It's a great deal if you order it as a set menu with pure tofu jjigae. A set of pure tofu jjigae and LA ribs costs $27 (as of the end of December 2023).In addition to this, it comes with many side dishes (banchan) and stone-fired rice.If you want to eat a lot and be satisfied, I highly recommend this place. One of the characteristics of pure tofu jjigae is that it has a stronger smell than other pure tofu jjigae. The LA ribs are absolutely delicious and the rice goes well.“
“Been coming here a handful of times and it never disappoints. Really delicious selections, friendly staff and welcoming environment. In the same complex as HEM restaurant. They take Apple Pay/Tap to Pay & Amex! Worth checking out if you’re feeling some really good Vietnamese food!“
“I kinda happened upon this place, read the reviews and ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls as a snack until could find a sandwich and coffee. The egg rolls were cooked to order and came out piping hot. I loved them. What I loved most was they stored the lettuce in a plastic bag which kept it fresh and not wilted against the hot rolls. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The fish sauce was strong like I like it and tasty. There were plenty of waiters and I was greeted when I walked it. I got take out. The place was not crowded at all and nicely lit from the natural light thru the front windows. I really wanted a frappe with boba but they do not offer boba so I went to Ben Pho down the street to get the frappe. You can read that review on Yelp also. I will definitely go back and try more menu items. There was plenty of parking outside.“
“Came here for lunch yesterday and my salad was delicious. I had to come back after trying their Greek salad. This time I tried the harvest salad. FOOD The salad was so good that we haven't gone back to chick fil a since lol. The harvest salad has a bit of everything including feta, grapes, cranberries, walnuts and they all compliment each other very nicely with the dressing. I also ordered the tomato soup. Omg it was so good... a little salty but very good. Does the soup not come with a roll? I wish it did. I got a soup and salad and only got one very roll. My coworker only wanted soup but it appears that they only sell cups not bowls so she opted for a salad. PRICING This time I didn't get chicken because I was super full last time and didn't finish the chicken. The protein is extra. But you do get a good portion. The chicken is an extra $3.50. The salad itself is $9.99 for a small. If you order a salad with chicken you will end up paying almost $15 bucks and then a tip of top of that because the tablet you pay on will ask if you would like to tip. If you're comparing about the price, these are downtown prices, what do you expect. I always get the small it's super filling for me... I haven't ordered a large so I can't give pricing on that. CONS The ordering process menu is very confusing. Like I couldn't find the menu online and my coworker didn't know what to order so she got a Greek salad but she said it was addictingly good. So for us awkward people that don't want to build our own salads, I wish they had a clear menu posted. Also confusing is what the salad comes with. Does it come with a croissant? Does it come with chips? Idk it got super awkward when they asked me if I wanted some and didn't know if it was an add on. FEEDBACK Love this place, love the salads. 100% would go here for a salad than anywhere else. Lastly, I would say that I wish they had a soup/salad combo. Even if the salad was a little smaller. A small salad and a soup was too much food. Ended having the soup the next day. Still tasted very fresh.“
“The food was clean and the service was good. The side dishes are also delicious and without any unnecessary ingredients. The bowls containing the food were also pretty. I was able to taste the love of Korea. However, what is disappointing is that the location is a bit inside and parking may be inconvenient during busy times...“
“Stumbled upon this place and it was like finding water in the desert!! After lots of traveling, I was happy to find delicious affordable dishes that tasted home-cooked. I had the sopa de costilla de res which came with rice and an arepa. My boyfriend ordered a pan de bono which he said tasted like ones he's eaten in Colombia. Definitely stop in if you're in the area!¡Me topé con este lugar y fue como encontrar agua en el desierto! Después de viajar mucho, me alegre a encontrar platos deliciosos y barratos que sabían caseros. Tuve la sopa de costilla de res que venía con arroz y arepa. Mi novio pidió un pan de bono que, según el sabía a los que había comido en Colombia. ¡Definitivamente pasa si estás en el area!“
“We love the banh chung here a lot after we had tried “Vietnamese shop” and “Crab and shrimp cake” .I think the owner somehow should have the sign ( his son has autism also is serving table. parents anyway ❤️)so customer understand. Whenever we crave for banh chung and fish cakes, this restaurant is the best (their rice paper is special cake)“
“Came here on New Years Day via my fiance's recommendation and the food is fantastic/fresh but it takes awhile to come out and the dishes come out individually.Be prepared to order only in spanish lolOrdered ceviche, lomo saltado, steak with pesto pasta, plantains and yucca friesWould def come back again!“
“This is one of those places where the staff knows you and what your "usual" is. They have a huge menu with wide variety and it rarely disappoints. Highlights are their Won Ton Noodle soup, Walnut Shrimp and Fish Sauce Spare Ribs. You can't go wrong here and you'll find yourself coming back regularly.“
“Decent Korean noodle soup place in Chinatown that also serves dumplings and your basic Korean bbq. Prices were a bit steep for what you get but everything was tasty. The pan fried pork dumplings were pretty good but the filling portion was tiny. Same with the noodle soup - the wontons were teeny tiny compared to other Korean noodle places I've visited. If they increased the meat portions in their dishes, I think they'd do much better. It was relatively empty on a Sunday lunch holiday weekend where most other places in the area were packed.“
“Modern efficient cafeteria-style servinh line for diners to choose fresh salad ingredients.Helpful and efficient staff in bright and quiet facilities.Parking: Convenient parking spotsWheelchair accessibility: Well planned for accessibility.“
