Addison worked with us every step of the way and the the hotel blocked dozens of rooms for a discounted rate for people who wanted to stay the night. Food was great and The bartenders were awesome. “Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“I visited for the first time due to Andrew Sevener performing and loved the atmosphere. Everyone was extremely friendly from the time I walked in. One of the bartenders, who was working near the stage, kept my drinks safe while I went to the bathroom. As someone who's frequently out alone, I couldn't have appreciated that more! Then Kim texted me my picture with Andrew and invited me back. What a nice group of people. It was my first time in Burleson, TX and I felt very welcomed. The food and drinks were great as well. No doubt I'll visit again. Highly recommend!“

“I live in Burleson. I googled "Pool Playing" it took me to PUCKETTS. Lots of tables, 4 tables required quarters all others regulation size. LADIES play FREE, Sunday- Thursday!! Drinks are priced great, taste great & great service! You're allowed to bring in your own food, snacks but no drinks. They open at 3:00 pm.“

“We went last night for the ghost tour 8/1 and had the best time. Drinks at the winery were superb and even got to walk around with them throughout the tour. The host, Rose, was very knowledgeable upbeat and engaging with all the historical ghost tour spots.
