“Wow! We had sliced brisket sandwiches for lunch today (Brenham location) and they were by far the best we’ve ever had anywhere! Don’t know why anyone would put bbq sauce on it! Even the potato salad was excellent! There was a line when we got there but I expect that with any good restaurant. We have tried bbq in all parts of TX and this was by far THE BEST! We’ll be back!“

“I love this place. I have eaten here many times for lunch and I am never disappointed. The service is always very nice and the food is really good in taste and portion size for the price you pay. Dairy Bar is in no way expensive, and it doesn't feel as though you should be paying that little.“

“We were wandering one Saturday and found ourselves in Brenham Texas. Well yes the BlueBell ice cream is always an allure but.... first you really should come here for BBQ. The Hobo dip is a hearty pan ( 8" x 5" and 3") of glorious cheesy, brisket, beans, onions and sour cream goodness. A meal for one and a jolly good time with friends.
Bbq is SMOKED and has a great flavor. No burnt ends on the menu though.
Burgers are amazing. So many sandwich options. 1, 2 and 3 meat options. Healthy servings. Brisket Chili is rock solid. Very casual atmosphere. Nice country rustic place. Keeping it real.
Inside and outside seating. Sports TV in the inside area. Close by parking. Bring friends!!! Drink beer!!!“

“Found this restaurant in a map search. We were headed to Galveston for a cruise. I hadn't slept and was craving a breakfast taco. Absolutely thrilled that we found this awesome place! The taco was perfect sized, instead of the jumbo tacos some places are making now. The flavor was awesome, and the salsa Verde was simply divine!
I will be visiting whenever I am in Brenham or passing through, which is often.“

“I recommend this place. Passing through from out of town, read reviews & most were good, so decided to stop in. Skeptical at first but it was because they only had two waitresses with a crowd& it’s an old gas station. Nonetheless, our waitress was courteous and food was good. Clean & welcoming atmosphere.“

“I got the scicilian pizza with olives added. The food was great! I walked to the restaurant as my hotel was next door. Placed my order, paid, and got my food in 10-14 minutes everyone was friendly if I ever return to brenham I will definitely eat here again!“

“Elijah, the bartender was perfect. He made sure every glass was cold and fresh. Our food was so good we thought about ordering seconds. The bar was quaint and had quality food and service. Highly recommend the flat iron steak! Perfect if you are just passing through or staying for the night. We will be back again!“

“This place brings me many memories of when I was younger and my older cousins used to cook here when it was a pool hall. The remodel is beautiful and cozy. The owner and staff are so friendly and courteous. The food is so gooood and the prices are as cheap as a fast food place or cheaper. This is my new favorite place to go to lunch, it's cute but small and you will not be disappointed. FYI it is closed on Wednesdays. I can't wait to try the breakfast. Also when you order food to go they don't miss a beat, they make sure everything that you need is in the bag and its packaged nice and neat. My goal is try everything on the menu, so far the meatloaf, hamburger, and chicken fried steak are a 10 out of 10.“
