“Lowkey, this is my top 3 Brownsville coffee shop. The staff are friendly and the drinks are very good with customizable options. It is located in downtown which is slowly restoring its glory so a great place to touch base with friends. The only thing I would say is parking is limited, making the exiting a bit longer than expected.“

“When you walk in the restaurant it smells welcoming and you can tell the love in the food. The waitress was warm and sweet to us. I went for my birthday breakfast and I wouldn’t have it any other way. 10/10 my grandma and pops used to come here when the Coffee shop first opened . “Starting off with the positives. My coffee was good, I like that they have several sugar free options. My everything bagel was good as well. My order was correct and it was out in a timely manner.

I’m not a regular, and I don’t know what is in every drink. I asked about decaf options and the person taking the order mentioned they could do anything with espresso. I must have said something wrong because there was this sigh I heard and then a “that isn’t made with espresso I can get you this, or this. I kind of wished she had led with that. Then I ask, what sugar free flavors do you have? She said anything with an asterisk on it. Oh ok, Hazelnut, got it. I mean the person taking my order wasn’t rude. She answered my questions, she just wasn’t very helpful. In her defense, the sugar free options were in the screen. I guess what I’m trying to say is, as a customer that doesn’t visit regularly, its a little harder to find what you are looking for. Add to that, the fact that you are in the drive through and don’t want to make other’s wait time longer.
I mean the coffee was good, I just feel like the service is where in my opinion, they fell a little short. I didn’t complain at the window, and I feel like I try to be as nice as I can because I worked in service many years ago. Bottom line. Will I return? I don’t know.

“my first time going in and it was wonderful. I ordered a matcha latte with boba and it was delicious, the matcha wasn't overpowering and the boba wasn't too sweet either. I will definitely be going again, and this time I'm thinking of trying the mochi donuts 😋“
