“It doesnt look like much from the road and we stopped by on a Wednesday which has a limited menu but the Turkey Bacon Sandwich was delicious. The place itself was really cool too!”

“Oh dang!! I ordered a lemon flavored Stitch inspired cake for my granddaughter`s birthday. It was delicious and decorated perfectly. The lemon was very subtle but definitely flavorful. I also ordered a dozen brownies and everyone said they were the best brownies they ever had... baked perfectly, thick, perfect chocolate taste, moist. I'll definitely be back as a repeat customer!”

“We enjoyed our first visit here. Everything we ordered was delicious. The CFC was lightly breaded, crispy, and juicy. The biscuits are fluffy and flaky, crispy and flavorful. The gravy is the perfect consistency and flavorful. The pies are dang delicious. And to top it off, Patricia gave great friendly service! My only complaint, the breeze of the ceiling fans… but that’s not that big of an issue.”

“I ordered BBQ from Panhandle BBQ in Idalou for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I decided to try it based on a recommendation from an Idalou native. I ordered ribs and spicy pork; and I also got 2 sides... potatoes salad and Cole slaw. It was very good. They know what they are doing. Portions were generous. I was thinking about going back tomorrow,; but they are closed on Sunday. I am looking forward to going back...”

Jacob was AMAZING. we loved our tasting and joined their wine club- we can’t wait to drink McPherson at home!!!!! Beautiful room, lovely + relaxed ambiance, and did I say amazing wine yet?! “I’m always the skeptic…. Wow! Before I actually opened the package, I could smell the coffee!! We bought a new hand grinder (for better control of the grind) and for the first time ever, are having afternoon coffee in addition to our morning cups! “I felt it was a bit pricey, $42. We had the beef enchilada plate, taco plate, 2 drinks, and chips which was not included. The enchiladas were bigger than expected and little spicy with a generous portion of rice and refried beans. After a 30 minute drive, only one of the three tacos was soggy which was still okay for the drive. The chips were crispy, seasoned well, and not greasy. The hot sauce was mild which was perfect for us. We went in around 3 and the restaurant was darker then expected. They don't have change, so take quarters if your kiddos want to play the claw machine.”

“I was today year's old when I was introduced to the absolutely 🔥 BBQ from Big E's BBQ. Thank you to Johnny Sanchez for posting a pic of his plate on good ol' Facebook and I'm glad I made it there before they ran out! I devoured a rib as soon as I got in my car...and the other ribs before I made it to the office. It smelled aah-mazing when I opened my car door and the smell does not do any justice to what your taste buds are about to be blessed with! Can we rate more than five stars? I can not wait to see Big E's BBQ in my hometown again. Oh, I almost forgot, the sides are top notch too!”

I only wish I could've gotten a picture to share 😕 but it was so yummy looking I dived right into my plate!!! The aqua fresca is so yummy too, definitely tastes like Pineapple 🍍 😋!!! If you haven't tried this food truck, you definitely need too!!!”

It is one of those places that is always consistent, from the food all the way to the service! We always have the best service and the food is consistently great.
