“We love Chick-fil-A. This was the first time that we ate their breakfast, and we weren't disappointed. As always, the service was fast and employees were super friendly and patient. We bought the Chicken in a Biscuit. The biscuit was flaky and the chicken was top notch. We will not hesitate to eat breakfast there again. A+“

“Afternoon. Our family has been RELIGIOUS Chick-fil-A supporters everywhere our lives have moved us. Sarasota, Orlando, Sanford, Florida and our last Texas city of Plano. We moved here to Burleson this month and have been frequent drive through customers...Today was our first experience inside your Burleson store... and I'm in literal shock. One of the reasons we've chosen to support Chick-fil-A is not only their quality food, but their facilities and personal experience; and while your food and personal were still up to standard, the facility was unexcusable. I wish I could attach pictures of every disgusting booth (Not only torn apart but massively dirty). I'm questioning how this is allowed corporately because I have never seen anything like it in ANY store we have visited. There is no shortage of customers and it doesn't take much to steam clean cloth seats or replace leather seats? I was very disappointed. I am hoping that our neighborhood Chick-fil-A could be a place I would bring the kids, especially over the summer... and honestly McDonalds was a higher standard than this.. Eesh can't believe I'm saying that.. Sorry, I'm not usually a complainer.. but I LOVE Chick-fil-A and this was embarrassing today.“
