“We had a truly wonderful time. Kevin was an absolute pleasure to be with and contributed greatly to the enjoyable atmosphere. He ensured that everyone was comfortable and well taken care of, and it was evident that all present had a fantastic time. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit.“

“It was my first time eating here, and overall everything was good! I really enjoyed the salad and the kimchi — both were fresh and flavorful. The only thing I didn’t like was the cold noodle ( didn’t take the picture of it ) was way too sweet for my taste. Other than that, it was a nice experience and I’d come back again to try other dishes.“

“I was looking for a place to eat instant tteokbokki, and it was so delicious.
You can adjust the spiciness, there are different flavors, there are various types of rice cakes/noodles, and it's nice because it's clean.
I had a great time eating rice cakes and fried rice. I'll come again.“

“Good food, bill was about $50 after tip. New years day at 2:30pm and 2 guys working the front were doing a good job keeping up the full dining room. Ordered spicy cold noodles, pork shoulder combo and a spicy beef tofu soup. Side dishes were great, pork shoulder was delicious. Only complaint was the beef in our soup was quite tough.“

“The best Tteokbokki and hot dogs in the DFW! Please never change the recipe for the tteokbokki sauce. It’s perfect! Add in some glass noodles and you’re golden. The lady in the front is always so sweet even when there’s a rush. The cheese dogs are always cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and melts on the inside. It hits every time! Wish they were closer to us!“

“Was CRAVING this since moving back to the US from korea. Wish there was more potatoes, also the waitress didn’t bring us ANY of the free traditional sides which was alittle weird because everyone else around us got it with their meal. I’m not sure if it’s cause we were the only none Korean people there, or it could’ve just been coincidence. Either way, we enjoyed our meal.“

“We've come here several times now and ZZIZIM has been consistently great every time. Their seafood and sweet potato pancakes are so good! We've also had their grilled pork belly, tofu soup with egg and seafood, and their spicy stir fried pork. Generous portions, free apps, great value for money, courteous staff/ownership. Strong recommend!!!“

“Great service with delicious food. Portions are definitely big enough to share so don’t be spooked by the higher prices. It’s more food.
Army Stew was delicious with plenty of meat and toppings inside. LA Galbi was good too, little burnt but that’s not too bad. Will return to try more dishes!“

“The side dishes are so delicious that I go here every time I go to Dallas. I really like the combination of pig’s feet and makkimchi. It’s better than the jokbal restaurant. We live in the countryside, so we buy a lot at once, and they always provide great service and are very kind. The seasoned crab sauce is delicious, so I buy it often.“

“Our first time! The service was excellent, the lady at the register was very friendly and helped us understand the process very quickly. We ordered a kid size version of the egg kimbap and our toddler LOVED it. We had the bulgogi, spicy dried squid, and gobo. The bulgogi was our favorite but they were all delicious! We also loved the spicy rice and fish cake sample they gave us to try. We will definitely be back!!!“

“Genuinely such a great spot! Its BYOB and the food is delicious. I have eaten at quite a few places in the K-town of Carrollton and these are by far the best cold noddles around. Even their hot soups were so tasty, the beef wasn't tough at all and very flavorful! Definitely grab some of their hot broth as well, that stuff will heal your soul. This will definitely be going on my favorites list. My only tiny qualm was I couldn't find the napkins haha (probably user error)!“

“Time - Sunday 12:30pm
Order - 쫄면 떡볶이
First impressions- value focused korean food, kitchen well managed, could probably do away with the booths to make room for more tables
떡볶이 was a bit salty. 쫄면 had great balance of sweet, savory, and sour. Perfect goto place if you can’t decide on a restaurant near by.“

“We went right as they were opening for the day at 5pm.
There was nothing remarkable about the place. Food was good but not exceptional. Food came out at 5:18/5:26/5:35.
Be aware that the pricing has changed but they haven't updated the menus yet. We ordered off the 12.99 menu but 2 of the 3 items we ordered were 14.99 each.“

“I had a river rat at home, so I ate it and it was so delicious! The assorted boiled pork, seolleongtang, and seasoned crab were crazy!!It doesn't smell at all, it's delicious, and I'll be visiting often!!All kimchi is delicious, but green onion kimchi is especially delicious? The marinated crab is tastier than the one you buy at a side dish restaurant, and there is a lot more of it!!“

“I've dined in before and I get takeout regularly. Healthy and wholesome rice porridge with a variety of different ingredients. The first time I went I was shocked by how different the chicken juk tasted compared to the vegetable juk. The broth is very high quality and there's a surprising amount of variety“

“Amazing restaurant. There is another location in Plano that is a full-service option. The location here in Carrollton is self-service but they take great care of you. The same exact quality of food as their Plano location. Make sure to ask for extra kimchi! Peter the owner is very kind and prides himself on his quality service and food.“

“I had so nice experience at Texas Texan Wangbal. The food was really good, especially the jokbal and kimchi. Also my friends said half and half jokbal, spicy jokbal, and Budaey jungol were good as well. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. 😽The server, Youung, was so kind and made the whole meal even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to! 🐷“

“Solid AYCE KBBQ! Pricing is pretty fair
Decent variety of meats and banchan. The main reason why I’m giving a 4 star review is I did notice one order of meat tasted sour/off, which indicated to me that it might’ve been spoiled. Service was good and attentive, but there weren’t many other guests the night we dined in.“

“I rarely write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one.
The jokbal here is incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — easily the best I’ve had in the area. The meat was super soft with just the right amount of fat, and it tasted fresh, not overly salty like many other places.
The side dishes were great, the portion size was huge for the price, and everything came out fast and hot. The staff were also very friendly and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.
If you’re craving authentic Korean jokbal or just want a solid meal with amazing flavor, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back again!“

“We visited Cho Dang Village with our beloved Korean friends as they wanted a taste of home. There was a short line before we arrived, but we were quickly seated. I got the Vegetable Sundubu Jiggae (asked for level 4 spicy and it was perfect) and let me tell you...it was the most flavourful, delicious broth I have had in a long time. The soup was not only packed with umami and flavour, it was also creamy with the tofu and egg! The crispy burnt rice and the Banchan were also on point!
My only note was, since we were tucked away in a corner room on a busy day, service was slightly slow. Also some of our water glasses were not cleaned properly. But it was a busy day, and everything else made it worth it!“

“두부찌개 was the best I have had! Even my elderly mom was impressed. $32 for two soups and a takeout box full of delicious sides. The takeout box of sides was easier to eat out of than helping my parents open small containers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“We loved the food here. Very family friendly. We loved the boneless fried chicken with spicy Korean sauce. The tteoboki was not as spicy as we would have hope, but it has good flavor. The snow beer was a cool idea but I wouldn't order it again. The white grape snow cocktail and the snow soda were good though. Service was friendly and fast.“

“Their kalguksu is my absolute favorite soup of all soups, particularly the chicken. The best kind of chicken soup :) The dumplings here are also delicious. I hope they stay in business for years to come, as there really aren’t any other good kalguksu places here in Dallas.“

“Very underrated gopchang restaurant in the area- We got the dinner combo for beef intestines and it was delicious! Not to mention, our server/griller was attentive, side dishes such as kimchi and chive kimchi tasted authentic, and vibes inside restaurant were good- like you were at a pocha in Korea. We’re coming back here w family next time.“

“we can only assume that the food served up at Musiro Korean Restaurant off Old Denton Rd next to H Mart is authentic. The restaurant interior is cozy and quaint with a mixture of private booths and open tables. The menu is simple and has been consistently good in the 10yrs we have been dining there. prices are reasonable, and the staff friendly. we highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area for lunch or dinner.“

“A good place to have a quick bite or quick lunch inside a grocery store. You get a pretty decent portion for the price and its so worth it. Most of their items are under $15. I got the beef over rice (the one in the bowl) and a beef bulgogi bento box. For about $13 these came with the sides and the soup. Yum!!“

“We had the best meal here last weekend. I ordered the seafood soup and didn’t realize it had pork in it. We don’t eat pork. Totally my fault. But the staff was so kind, they remade it for us without the pork and it was amazingly delicious. We also got the asada steak which was magnificent and the agedashi tofu which was also just perfect. Definitely recommend.“

“The food was good, we got 2 sandwiches and wings. The breading on the chicken sandwiches was a bit much and started separating from the the chicken. It's a nice place to be in. Smell was a tad bit off. Ranch tasted a little like tartar sauce. But overall good not amazing not bad but good“
