“Ceder Hill location while I was in town, my first visit real life hands down feel like all 10 out 10 all are doing keep rocking great atmosphere love the layouts check them out and return. I had a six piece delicious wing dinner with fries. The signature sauce was great.“

“We eat there maybe 3 times a month. Good food, always. Always use the drive through. But they have a habit of leaving things out. Tonight we got an 8 piece bucket with cole slaw and potatoes. They left out the gravy!!! and no receipt!“

Edit: we come here about once a week and they left out our steak quesadilla and when I asked the manager to make it right she demanded a receipt and refused to make it right. She was unaccountable and unhelpful.“

“First time, customer here! I ordered the Kickin Kay Lynne and it was soooo good! Fresh ingredients and you get a lot of chicken salad, not just a small portion. I ordered to go and I got my choice of chips (but you can pick other sides) plus it came with a pickle and a small cookie! I loved it and will certainly be back!!!“

“Food is some of the best chicken I've had! I like it spicy but may be too much for some people. The soy garlic is definitely a go to for non spicy. Only downfall is big portions, sale whole chickens so bring friends. Plenty more to try in the same spot cause it is in a food court. Asian time Square.“

“I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.“

“Courtesy is outstanding. Knowledgeable service. I wanted some greens (real, not canned) they were the real thing. Ribs were tender and not sauced (my favorite way). I WILL be back and soon to try other options. Please give them a try. Can't add a photo. I ate the food too fast.“

“Went through the drive thru during my lunch break and ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich, once I got to work I noticed they gave me the spicy chicken sandwich. I can't eat anything spicy so I called them to inform them and they said I would have to come back up there(which I can't because I'm back at work) or they can put me in their system. But now I have nothing to eat for lunch.“

“This location was doing a great drive-thru business, but not much inside due to a nightmarish parking situation. Okay food, adequate service, but poor atmosphere.

Parking: About a dozen spaces, half of which are for the handicapped. You risk life and limb trying to enter or exit, if dining inside. Avoid this.“

“I took two of my granddaughters to this location to eat. One of the female workers assisted my oldest granddaughter with getting straws and a cup for ice cream. The nice brought it to them at our table.

“The employees working the parking lot are friendly even though they’re working out in the hot sun. The employees at the windows are super friendly. The food was hot and delicious! Oh my and that lemonade! Yes indeed! They need to add more employees for taking the food orders! One person trying to take all those orders will not work!“

“I can’t express how amazing the team here is. I put in my pickup order, and by the time I walked in to get my order, it was ready, and I placed it while in my car. The manager—I did not get his name—let me know an item was missing. I didn’t mind because the order was ready so quickly, and of course they’re always so friendly and have the best customer service, but I just wanted to express how amazing of an experience I just had.“
