“This is quite the little gem! This place is so relaxing! I absolutely love the atmosphere! The tables are nestled thru out the trees. Music is playing like you're in the Caribbean or Florida. Staff and the owners are so nice. I just stopped in for a quick bite, never been there before. My cheeseburger was really good! Fresh veggies and meat patties was good! The tater tots were crunchy and hot! The tea was fresh brewed. I will definitely be back!“

“Absolutely, and amazingly unique store, with an amazing staff. They have a wide variety of items from kitchen ware, spices, jams, yeti gear, children's items and so much more. I have driven past so many times and had yet to venture in until today, when my car breaking down led me to have some extra time on my hands. The staff was helpful from the start and super sweet not only through my browsing but also with well wishes ext for my car. They also have a restraunt there, my husband and I plan to go back and eat there. So if your passing through make it a point to stop and check it out. It was some neat Texas History as well!“

Which is critical when you’re stressed or tired after being with a loved one here. The cafeteria is clean, well lit and has doors leading to tables outside next to trees and green grass. It is indeed a stress reliever.Good prices/value. $5.99 for breakfast plate and coffee (i had a long espresso). Good selection.My only complaint is that the grill closes at 3pm and the whole thing shuts down relatively early IMO.“

“I order kids meals here all the time and they are ALWAYS FANTASTIC! However, today my burger fell apart. The meat was in three pieces slid right out of the burger. The fries barely had any fries in them and the Wisconsin cheese curd sauce was all coagulated like I’ve been sitting there for a long time. I always give this restaurant a five stars but today they only got a two star out of me.!“

“I have eaten at this restaurant a handful of times and the food is always delicious. Today we went and had the catfish and let me tell you it was fresh, hot and delicious! My sides were pinto beans and coleslaw. Both were fantastic! Our waitress was over the top friendly and kept coming back to check on us. I love this place and even though I have to drive an hour to get there from San Antonio, I will continue to do so.“

“When I get the craving, this is where I go. My favorite is the stuffed potato with pulled pork.They are huge! Everything on it plus jalapenos is my go to item. All their sauces; regular, sweet, spicy are superb! There is absolutely no way to devour this in one sitting. Wish I would have taken an image of it to upload but once it's in your hands, you can only focus on biting into this gem. The staff are so nice and accommodating that you feel like your part of a family. Bravo Dickies Kerrville!!!!“

“I believe my order was taken by the manager I’m not sure but her name was Mariah and she was so helpful and positive she helped my mother carry her food to her table she was very kind and patient with us you don’t get that kind of service or attention at fast food restaurants anymore she needs to be recognized she gave me a card to review her service after sitting down with her and telling her how wonderful she had been with us I just want this to reach the right people so they can understand that lady is GREAT at her job! And our food was absolutely wonderful as well! Me and my mother both had 2 pc chicken combos and they were fresh and very hot which she warned us about when she walked out the food to our table I don’t know what yall put in that chicken or your training but it will definitely bring me and my family back!“
