“Jolt literally has the best consistent taste on all 3 coffee drive thrus I used to be a Dutch bros fan but this place is waaaay better hoping they expand on the south side I literally love driving up to the new Braunfels area to see my spouse for work but I always look forward to getting a drink here and I love it here and the staff are always amazing on all locations! I love 7 brew too but this is literally even better them too! The soft top is the best… I’ve tried coffee grind too in new Braunfels didn’t get me like this place did never fails.“

“I love having coffee here BUT I do NOT feel necessary to tip every time I go.. I look at it this way..... if you are a frequent client, the business is thriving due to you visiting so often and those tips add up daily. I think its excessive to ask every single time you stop there and YES I know they all do it!!!!!“

“I would like to give a shout out to the manager Adam and his team. I am a daily customer and always greeted with professionalism, kindness and respect. I routinely see Adam being a first line leader by taking orders outside, or making drinks. His team knows mine and my wife’s everyday drink and make it perfection even putting in extra brownie bites without asking. To the team in New Braunfels great job keep it up!“

“I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. What is not to like?“

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.“

“This isn’t really a recommendation, but for me just me the music on the outside is way to loud for the walk up. When ordering they can’t hear me, and I can’t hear them. Everything has to be repeated. But your service is always great ! very nice and courteous“

“Always greeted with the sweetest people and my coffee is always good. My only concern is we went tonight around 7 and they were cleaning with what smelled like Fabuloso. It was so strong with our window down it was making me cough. It’s 20 minutes later and our truck still smells like it. I’m very happy it’s clean but it was just so strong!“

“Best bakery that I've found so far in new Braunfels. Fantastic fresh pastries and they make their klobasneks have real sausage in them (unlike most other places that basically put a hot dog inside). Great selection and great quality, it will be my "go to" bakery in town unless word of mouth let's me know about another hidden gem“

“I’ve gotten coffee here multiple times this past year and my coffee is perfect every time! Most of all amazing customer service my fiance went to pick up my coffee and his car battery died while there and they were so kind and remade my drink without him having to ask! I highly recommend going here I wish we had gotten their names but it was on 7/12 around 10:00am - 10:30am

“Staff is super nice. Love the little cheesecakes, flavors are so creative and they switch them out frequently! The pumpkin flavor is probably the best flavor of cheesecake I’ve ever had. Also surprisingly has the best coffee and matcha lattes in town“

“I work here in the mall and have been coming in regularly- their service is great, along with their drinks! I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and every time I try something new from here, it always tastes amazing. The mexi-mocha is my go-to and I’ve recently tried the ghost roast, for sure I recommend both!“

The coffee was great, lots of unique Korean style coffees that you could not find elsewhere. We also got the egg avocado toast, it was also really good.“
