“If you're into big portions, delicious food, and great prices, this place is perfect! I was in Dallas for a work trip and we came here for da casual dinner. We tried the crab Rangoon, summer rolls, spring rolls, egg drop soup, and seaweed salad for appetizers. All of which were delicious aside from the egg drop soup which came out cold. For dinner, I got the clay pot with chicken, a side of soft tofu rice, and mango sticky rice for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious and absolutely HUGE! I ate and ate and could hardly make a dent. The clay pot alone could have been split between 3 people. Definitely shareable portions! Overall, this place was a great dinner choice. Just make sure you come hungry! PS There are no cocktails, just beer and wine.“

The restaurant is always impeccably clean, Kelly is very attentive to every customer, and food comes out quickly. “I ordered pickup through doordash. My fiance and I both got a sandwich combo, one was pork and the other was combination. The food was amazing! We have really high standards for Vietnamese food because of a place back home that has us spoiled, and this is honestly the first time we've gotten Vietnamese food from anywhere else and not been disappointed. We got there pretty late so it wasn’t busy so we can’t speak on crowdedness, but we were sat and the waitress took our drinks.We ordered the spring rolls first. I ordered the vegan ones with no tofu and my dad got the seared pork. Both were so refreshing and heavenly after a long day. Their peanut sauce isn’t overpowering and is filled with an amazing flavor without tasting like peanut butter. Even if you don’t normally like vietnamese peanut sauce, you need to try theirs, try adding some of their Sriracha in it as well if you like a bit of spicy as well.Their portions are great, my dad ordered the combination while I ordered the Vegetarian, as i prefer these options (no tofu again). I can’t focus on my dad’s as much as I really only tried his broth, however I can focus on my bowl. We were both captivated by our pho. I was blown away. I’ve never, NEVER, had a vegetable broth so flavorful and tasty as the one I had here. It was rich, and full of different notes, unlike other vegetable broths i’ve tasted that have been almost watered down and flavorless. I was in heaven almost the whole time and that’s barely an exaggeration. I rarely eat mushrooms but I ate almost all of them this time because I knew they had soaked up the broth. One of the best dining experiences i’ve had.My dad says the same, he loved how rich and flavorful his broth was as well and was astounded by the profile of just the broth itself. I love hole in the wall restaurants but sometimes the food can reflect lack of quality but pho Pasteur doesn’t!- I love spring rolls but these were a bit too small and the rice paper was a bit too hard for my liking. I recommend getting an order of their fried egg rolls which is what I got recently and they were delicious!- Great service, great prices, and this location has tons of other food places around it too!“
