“Well we normally drive up to get our food tonight I made the mistake of using Uber Eats’s..
order arrived Half of it.. Here is the Great thing I call the store even though it is through Uber just wanted to let them know “BTW the Uber driver mucked up the orders” I get Steve the owner on the phone by chance..
Let me explain something when a Restaurant goes with a meal delivery they are not responsible for the driver, or the driver mixing up orders and should not be.
But Steve went above and Beyond, way beyond actually I had hit the buttons in Uber Eats , tried to call the driver, and sent the refund form already.. Now Steve is out the money for the order as Uber Eats does not hold their Drivers accountable at all.
Steve knowing this Still wanted to make things right, He cooked the right food and we went to pick it up, he Went above and beyond.. He could have told me to kick rocks take it up with Uber Eats, he did the right thing even when it cost him money, they already had our Weekly order on Sundays because they do chicken right.
They now have garnered my respect, as well as making me want to ensure I Stop in to this location more than just once a Week.
Steve your integrity as a Business Owner is something not so common anymore, thank you Sir, I hope your Managers and Employee’s continue to follow in your footsteps.“
