I decided to try the Bacon 3 Philly and it was so fresh and mouth watering and I will be going back for more because not only the food is great, it's a clean place to sit and enjoy your meal ??“

“My online order was running late because of staffing issues. Cynthia invited me in, explained that my order was a bit delayed, but she would get it prepared asap. I waited while she finished the order ahead of mine. While she prepared my order, she explained that she was new and still learning. Not sure what the staffing issue was, but this poor lady was running the whole show by herself. I’m sure it was stressful, but Cynthia handled herself well I hope this is an isolated incident and not how y’all normally run your business. Or treat your staff.“

“I wanted to take a moment to commend the outstanding service we received during our recent visit to Subway. After a few unsuccessful attempts in the past, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from Archie as we walked in. He was incredibly patient with our special orders and went above and beyond to ensure our sandwiches were made to perfection. The food was fresh and delicious as well! Archie truly deserves recognition for his exceptional service. He made our experience so enjoyable that we are eager to return. Kudos to Archie! He needs a raise and promotion!“

“Very nice owners, they gave me a free sample when i was wondering about how the tuna would taste, very delicious by the way. Me and my friend ordered 3 sandwiches we waited less than 5 minutes, atmosphere was nice, but empty this is definitely a hidden gem. THE SANDWICH WAS DELECTABLE IM VERY HAPPY i got some ms vickies jalapeño chips to go with it as well :)“

“My dad had a stroke recently and came home from the hospital today. Its been a long day.. so me, my mom and my daughter stopped in to get dinner for 5 of us because we're just too worn to cook tonight. James and Nicc were working today and we're the best employees we could ask for. They really turn this place upside down. They have no idea the wild few days we've had this weekend so thank you two for being a smile we needed right now. Please choose kindness and laughs like James and Nicc did. “Love the subs, Far superior to Subway and you’ll notice a difference in taste and actual weight of the sandwich! Ordered via the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery, usually within 30 minutes. As for the delivery itself, perfect! They use a 3rd party delivery service, which was DoorDash and never a problem with the delivery. When the store opened, had a few issues with the orders, but the Mgr Katelyn corrected the issue and made it right. No issues since. Also, be sure to take advantage of their loyalty program.“

“Marvin was exceptional, friendly upon arrival and was chill as can be! I sat down while I waited for my phone to be repaired next door at Batteries Plus and greeted everyone that came in with a friendly attitude. You can tell Marvin takes pride in his job! The seats and food preparation area were clean and of course my sub was made exactly how I wanted it. Extremely happy with my experience, thank you again Marvin!“

“I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I don't recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if you're in a wheelchair.“

“The young employees were so nice & they were working so hard. The place was very clean. The Cajun fries have the right amount of spice, not over salty. The large fries are enough for 2-3 people. We couldn't stop eating them!
This was my first visit to Charlie's. I will be back.“

“I ordered online for pick up. The pick up time was 10 minutes after I placed the order. I arrived at the designated time, but had to wait an additional 20 minutes before my order was ready. They were apologetic about the wait times and in their defense it was pretty busy at the time that I ordered/arrived. However I don't really see what could take so long about scooping ready-made items into a to-go container and handing me a cup to fill myself, so overall only a 4 star experience for me. I'll give them another shot outside of peak hours and next time I want a to-go order I'll probably try the drive thru, as it seemed that was moving quicker.“

I couldn’t wait to make this review! First off I just have to say everything I ordered was so good! Tasted very fresh and made with love and care! It’s very clean no weird smells! Very welcoming! However the server named Jenny is amazing! You can tell she actually cared about getting your food prepared at the customers satisfaction…she even ask you is it to your liking! “It is the second time I come to this location, the 2 times I have come, I am totally satisfied with the preparation of the subway, the ladies are fast with excellent customer service, the place is small but with clean tables and floors, it is very busy now I understand why They are always busy, I highly recommend it and obviously it will be one of my favorite locations thanks to the staff“

“I recently tried Charleys Cheesesteaks and I was really impressed! I did the mobile order Once I submitted my order, it was ready within minutes—definitely faster than I expected! The cheesesteak itself was delicious, with tender steak, fresh veggies, and perfectly melted cheese all on a soft, toasted roll. The convenience of ordering ahead saved me so much time, and the food was just as good as dining in. Highly recommend Charleys for anyone craving a quick and satisfying meal! Also the customer service was great.“

“Located inside the gas station. The day I went there was only 1 person working at the Subway. He was very nice and patient, even though it was non-stop for him. He managed to take care of it alone. I have 4 stars only because even though he was working by himself, he shouldn't have had too. Not sure where his other team members were, but he was doing a great job.“
