“My online order was running late because of staffing issues. Cynthia invited me in, explained that my order was a bit delayed, but she would get it prepared asap. I waited while she finished the order ahead of mine. While she prepared my order, she explained that she was new and still learning. Not sure what the staffing issue was, but this poor lady was running the whole show by herself. I’m sure it was stressful, but Cynthia handled herself well I hope this is an isolated incident and not how y’all normally run your business. Or treat your staff.“

After a few unsuccessful attempts in the past, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from Archie as we walked in. “Love the subs, Far superior to Subway and you’ll notice a difference in taste and actual weight of the sandwich! Ordered via the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery, usually within 30 minutes. As for the delivery itself, perfect! They use a 3rd party delivery service, which was DoorDash and never a problem with the delivery. When the store opened, had a few issues with the orders, but the Mgr Katelyn corrected the issue and made it right. No issues since. Also, be sure to take advantage of their loyalty program.“

I also met the marketing manager, Wendy Barnhill at lunch. She asked if I needed anything and was attentive to my requests. I will definitely be a regular customer. The chicken salad was delicious.“

“I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I don't recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if you're in a wheelchair.“

“I’ve been grabbing the 6 piece boneless wing meal for a bit now on my way home now and then and for 7.03 after tax it’s a damn good deal. Definitely a good bang for the buck especially since the wings are pretty good for how cheap they are and the fries are always great and fresh.“

“Located inside the gas station. The day I went there was only 1 person working at the Subway. He was very nice and patient, even though it was non-stop for him. He managed to take care of it alone. I have 4 stars only because even though he was working by himself, he shouldn't have had too. Not sure where his other team members were, but he was doing a great job.“

Its been a long day.. so me, my mom and my daughter stopped in to get dinner for 5 of us because we're just too worn to cook tonight. James and Nicc were working today and we're the best employees we could ask for. They really turn this place upside down.
