“The food is always great, and the young lady named Madison does such an amazing job, and her sweet personality is the best. The Karen who was recently in there screaming and yelling and acting like an idiot needs to get a life. You need to grow up and go pick on someone your own size. Picking on a young teenager who is there busting her butt and doing her best deserves kindness and respect. Ppl like you need to get a life!! Madison keep doing great things.“

“I was having a really bad week and my experience with a manager here brought back some of my faith in humanity. The kindness and selflessness shown by this manager has touched my heart in so many ways. They reminded me of the importance of community. I did not catch their name but they deserve recognition. “I have always liked schlotzskys food and this location was also good. What i want to comment on is the service and staff. When we went today and ordered the food and sat down to wait..and wait and wait I decided to ask after 20 min if it normally takes this long for the food and of course the nice lady who took our order said no and went to check. She came back and said they had not even started our order at which time I definitely got upset and asked for a refund. The manager came out and started giving excuses and due to my bad day and then this flub I wasn't even trying to listen and just kept saying give me my refund. This manager stayed fully composed during this incident, did refund all of my money even though I told him I did receive my cinnamon rolls and expected to pay for what I had gotten. After this he asked that I please give him 2 minutes and my food would be out and completely free. I did as he asked and our food was brought out promptly. To be honest I wouldn't have been able to deal with my attitude if I was in his shoes and stayed so positive. I let him know personally that he did a great job and I was sorry for loosing my composure. I also felt the need to let everyone know that this establishment has kind employees and will try to correct anything that may come up during a visit. Honestly need more people in the world with this man's positive energy. I hope his higher ups read this and praise him and his staff for the good job they do.“

“I absolutely love a good Jersey Mike's sub. I frequent often, and I'm not sure if it's because of the lunch rushes, but there's been a good handful of time when my order has missed something. But no location is perfect. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and there's always a smile when we make eye contact.“

“I am REALLY mad at myself for not leaving a review sooner!!! I have gone here for years every Thursday after Tae-Kwon-Do right down the street, and I have never, and I guarantee you I never will have a problem with it! As with any restaurant, you might get a wrong order every once a month, but that is just part of the restaurant experience and not Subway's fault! Even if they do get your order wrong, they are super apologetic and offer to make a new one free! The employees are super kind and nice! After coming for a long time, I always see a smile when I walk through those doors. The food itself is wonderful! Absolutely 11/10 it is so good! I think that the employees deserve a raise. I don't care what their payroll is, give them a raise either way! They've earned it! I can't tell you how great it is, you have to try it to know!“

“Food is delicious, staff are friendly, and the wait time is small. Even the tomatoes are perfect.

My one concern with this place is due to its forced tips. This is not a fine dining establishment, it’s a fast food sub shop. When the lowest tip option you offer is 10% what that tells your customers is that you’re not paying your employees enough.

I hope I’m wrong. If this changes then I’ll modify the review. Overall a good location though.“

“So the lady working was just awesome I was a little cold and when I mentioned it to her without hesitation she went and adjusted the temperature to make me comfortable even though I'm sure she was hot cause she was in the back working. My sandwich was amazing this was the first time eating at subway since they started slicing the meat. The bathrooms were clean along with the restaurants as a whole! Kristina absolutely made my day! She is a hard worker! She deserves a raise“
