“Awful customer service. After my online order wasn't ready for an extra 30 minutes then my sandwiches were completely wrong. Incorrect toppings, cheeses, meats and breads. Contacted corporate, franchise owner emailed me a coupon for a free 6 inch, because that apparently makes up for the $23 I spent on 4 footlongs. Will not be returning!“

“I always come to this specific location to order the same sub. A giant chicken bacon ranch, sometimes with a cookie. Sometimes I order for my mom and another, so one day, one if the workers recommended I get the app to store up points I've earned. Have been using the app for a few months now and its awesome. The workers always recognize me and are so friendly.“

“Returning customer: 09/22/2025 Liam did a FANTASTIC job with active listening. I am one who likes my stuff to be precise and wow!! I had to call in today to tell assist mgr how awesome that young man was. I found out his name is Liam. He entered in everything just right and he dbl checked the melts were toasted and correct. Very good food and good job Liam!
Past visit: I returned today, Wow can I say from the service to the quantity and quality of the food did a 180 from the last time I was here. I give y’all 5 stars today. The young lady who took my order thru the drive thru was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me the bread options when ordering. I didn’t even know I had options. The meal with sandwich and scoop was proportionate to the cost I paid. Thank you so much!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Today I ordered The Chick with the Carol sandwich on white not toasted with lettuce and tomato and a scoop of fruity Fran it is so good!!!

I went thru the drive thru received terrible service and missing food from my order. $15 for this…. I won’t order the chick again with the egg salad, look how much egg salad I was given or not!?!? Egg sandwich?? Where is the egg salad? Then maverick charged me $4.99 instead of the $2.49 for the chicken salad scoop. He needs more training and the kitchen too! They were closed when I tried to return to get it corrected.“

“The restaurant was busy but we were taken care of quickly. It was free tea day. The food was fresh and hot. The manager Ildefonso stopped by our table and made sure everything went well. “Went today and was super disappointed to see they're opened from 11-8 on Thanksgiving day. I come every Tuesday and have for a few years now since I work just up the street and these women and men work hard, they deserve a day to rest and celebrate their families; especially since regular business hours pick back up the next day. These hours leave absolutely no time for enjoiying the holidays with their loved ones and everyone deserves that. I'd also be willing to bet the owner will be at home with their family resting and enjoying his holiday, like seriously 11-8? What are they supposed to celebrate at 8am or 10pm? Be realistic and show your employees some appriciation, they help run the store day in and day out, this is not how you encourage your employees, it shows zero respect to them as humans. If you want the store open thats fine, but run it yourself and give your employees time off like they deserve. This is just pure greed and is incredibly off putting as a customer. Look at all the reviews, its praising the workers, reward them with a well deserved day off.“

“First time ordering and they did not disappoint. I had the 1/2 avo-turkey and chicken pot pie soup, my partner had the 1/2 roast beef and broccoli cheese soup. Both were delicious and the soup was delivered at the perfect temperature.Just the right amount of food for lunch.“

“Amazing 🤩 my husband and I had almost given up on subway due to so many bad experiences and we were in benbrook seeing some friends and went for lunch it changed our minds! Finally fresh veggies and no soggy tomatoes which was becoming a staple for subway :) the new manager was there and she was so nice amazing staff!!“
