“Sergio - our waiter today was so efficient and enthusiastic. He was truly incredible. As we approached the door to the Denny’s he turned looked at us and flashed two fingers from through the doors (confirming a table for 2). As we walked in he had the menus in hand and seated us right away. What service! He was on the ball while pleasant and efficient. For any management that may see this review, I highly recommend Sergio (was not provided a surname) for promotion. Great server! Go Sergio! The fact that I haven’t been to Denny’s in several years this was a great experience. Our chocolate pancake balls that we had as a snack were hot and fresh and super yummy. I told both managers on duty of this experiences.“

“Amazing meal at Chili's! I've heard about this franchise before but didn't think to try it until social media started raving about their Triple Dipper. We came on a Friday night and it was super packed but there was no wait.

We started out with the famous Triple Dipper with Southwest Eggrolls, Nashville Hot, and Honey Chipotle Mozzarella Sticks. Just like everybody says, their avocado ranch is amazingly creamy and paired well with everything. Their eggrolls had the perfect crunch and was super savory.

I didn't realize the mozzarella sticks were going to be coated in sauce rather than a dry rub, so it was hard to handle as we didn't get appetizer plates. The sauce was super runny so it was dripping a lot and hard to use with the ranch dip. The sticks came out hot and had a great cheese pull, but all the flavor was on the breading and sauce.

For my entree, I got the 3 For Me deal which was the 6 oz sirloin with broccoli, asparagus, and house salad. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare and it was absolutely perfect: well-seasoned and super savory with a nice smoked flavor. You would think from the picture that it's little, but it was very dense and I was stuffed by the time I finished. My partner got The Original Trio fajitas which had beef, shrimp, and chicken. Everything was very delicious and flavorful!

For dessert (because there's always room for dessert!) we got the Molten Lava Cake, which is a warm, chocolate cake topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate and caramel syrup. The warm cake and cold ice cream perfectly complimented each other and it is one of the best desserts I've ever had at a restaurant!“

“I stopped by IHOP to pick up a breakfast order, only to realize that I had accidentally placed it at a different IHOP location instead of the one near Fry Road and Highway 290 where I went for pickup.
Thankfully, James, the gentleman who greeted me, was incredibly understanding and helpful. He immediately explained that my order had been placed at another location, but without hesitation he told me he would be happy to prepare my order right there. In less than 10 minutes, my breakfast was hot, fresh, and ready to go.
It's becoming harder to find places that consistently offer both great food and genuinely exceptional customer service. James turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a wonderful one with his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.
