“I had a horrible experience with DoorDash, but it turned into something great because I ended up going into Crumbl Cookies myself. The team there was so sweet, the customer service was amazing, and honestly it felt refreshing to interact with real people instead of dealing with DoorDash’s high prices, theft issues, and lack of refunds.
Inside the store was super cute, and it made me realize how much we’ve all gotten used to the “lazy” way of ordering online. Picking up in person not only feels safer, but it’s actually enjoyable. If you’re going to Crumbl, skip DoorDash and go straight in—you’ll get better service, better vibes, and leave a lot happier. They honestly brightened my day. Thank you team Crumbl“

“Yes, the decorations on the cake were fantastic for the $5 you charge! I have reviewed again and feel I did you an injustice. Thanks for the $5 refund however still feel $55 is a bit much for a 6" cake. Thanks for responding. I definitely will be back for other goodies. Thanks!“

“We have used Cake Fine Pastry for three different occasions. Every single time they knocked it out of the park and went above and beyond! Not only do they look absolutely beautiful, but they taste absolutely divine! Working with them was such a breeze, paid attention to detail, helped make suggestions and made each of the cakes come out to exactly the way we wanted it to look.
