Sonic Drive-In in Cypress

“Today I went through the Drive Thru the employee Deja was very sweet this drive in use to be very rude she was nice and that smile light up my day it was a bit of a wait but I’d come back everytime she reassured me my food would be fresh and she gave me a free cherry limeade token for my wait thank you back then they didn’t care how long I waited nice customer service. I’ll be back“

“So I just discovered something new at Sonic. Nothing food item wise but drink item wise. Take your old run-of-the-mill ocean water, not diet because I needed the calories LOL and add sweet cream! Oh my goodness gracious! Why have I never noticed this item on the menu before? It was so good I went back for a second one just before they closed later that night for myself and my son“

“We had great tasting food. Food was hot. I had double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. Spouse had jalapeno burger with tater tots, one grandchild had kids chicken tenders with FF, and the other had bacon cheeseburger with FF. Car was quiet while everyone are their lunch.“

“I was missing an item, so I called to advise what happened and that I was heading over, lady was nice about it, but when I got there, the guy at the drive thru asked to see my mobile receipt and took my phone totally away from me and out of my view.. it felt like he didn't believe me but ended up just giving it to me. Problem solved 😅“

“Overall, I always have a good experience with this Sonic. The food is good, and it usually takes just a few minutes to receive my order. The manager seems to be a very nice lady. There is just one thing: I never get the sauces I order (two ranch).

After many orders, I decided to confirm the reason with someone who works there. After talking to a local manager, I was initially informed that I need to put the sauces in the order to receive them. I showed her a receipt where I had, in fact, done that; there were two ranch sauce included. Then I was told that ranch sauce doesn't come with the burrito I ordered, so if I want it, I need to pay separately or choose a sauce that comes with the burrito. (If I understood correctly.) I checked the app to see if there is such an option, and it seems you cannot pay for sauces there; you can only add up to five condiments for free. This whole thing doesn't make sense.
I mean, if you order something and it appears on your receipt, you should receive it, shouldn't you? ;)“

Did you know that they had the triple smasher burgers?

The burgers with all the fixings, even the single patty, were huge and well seasoned!

And, oh, those thick cut onion rings, just like I love them! They were golden fried with a wonderful crunch!

I can see why so many people were coming to the drive-thru at lunchtime!

And let me not forget the Ched-R-peppers, awesome!“
