“I had one of the best steak bowls and guacamole at any Chipotle for awhile. I ordered online and just went to the shelf to pick up. Later went up to get a cup for water. Everything was fine. I was avoiding chipotle for awhile but the meal today was scrumptious. Didn't have much interaction with the staff but did read a lot of negative reviews. Maybe Chipotle needs to have more of a pay incentive for their employees. Happy employees generally equal happier customers. “I just want to say that the lady putting the beans got mad at me today because I didn't know the name of the beans. I point at the beans I wanted and she look very frustrated and made feel uncomfortable because I didn't know the name which is not label on the window. The food was good though.“
“The food was good and so was the service. I ordered my food to go but I was too hungry and ate at the place. The cashier saw that I was eating and she brought a cup of water and gave it to me. That was really sweet of her, I wish I got her name so she can get credit for her fantastic service“
“I am certainly surprised that I am writing a review for Chipotle. This Chipotle gave me more in my bowl than any recent remembrance. Granted, the price hike at all locations was significant, but I felt that for $20, a double chicken, double rice, large chip, large drink, and full bowl side of rice is a pretty good deal. I'm not sure if it was always like this or if I was just lucky.
The only complaint is that the driveway could be easier to exit and enter, mainly due to the steepness with any sports car.

This is the only chipotle that I can feel welcomed all of the employees work together the food is always fresh and it clean in the bathrooms. Some places just out to get your money but here I feel valued and I really appreciate that. Today an all girls soccer team came in ate and everyone seemed happy. I noticed now quickly the lines moved too even at rush hour over all i highly recommend this chipotle family love joy?

“Did an online order for pickup. I get there to pick up the order and of course I'm ignored by the staff there. I know they're busy but they could at least acknowledge their customers. Finally I had to let him know I was there to pick up the order. At one time they had a very good manager there I don't know who she was but she would always greet you when you came in and if your order wasn't ready she'd let you know it'd be out soon.“

“Food was great! I ordered a burrito bowl buy had to wait due to them not having any steak. The lady that was helping me assured me it would 0nly be 3 mins so I decided to wait. The young women that helped me noticed that I was still waiting after 5 mins had passed and asked to cook how much longer. He said 3 mins and you could tell she was concerned about my wait time. When yhe meat was ready I hopped back in line and she apologized profusely for my wait. I told her no worries I know it can be frustrating having a customer wait but I was glad to do so. I've worked in the food industry for quite some time so I understand things happen. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a raise for being so attentive and concerned“
