This location is not the one I frequent but I thought that I would visit since I was in the area shopping. It was Thanksgiving Eve and I needed to catch dinner. I remembered that the BOGO deal was happening so I ordered 2 bowls. The staff was very helpful during the order. The restaurant was clean and the food looked fresh. The workers had on gloves and kept the serving area clean. I was happy to see these protocols because other Chipotles that I've visited were not as attentive to details. I get to the counter and forgot my wallet :( The staff was so kind and assured me that they would care for my food as I located it. The manager stepped in and asked if I needed assistance. I am so happy that this incident happened at this location because I am sure I would have received a different reaction elsewhere. I am happy that this unlikely event lead me to the right place. I think I have a new favorite location! :)

“I see so many people complaining about Chipotle but I eat at this location 2-3x a week and have never had an issue going through the line. Don't do online orders. Try being nice. There are 6-7 Chipotles around me and this is the best one.“
“I’ve gone to the chipotle many times over the last couple years and they have always been fantastic with their food and service. They are always so quick and never miss a beat. Angel, manager, seems to do a great job and all the staff are very friendly one of my favorite chipotles I’ve ever been to it is clear that angel does a great job with his leadership.“
“Walked in and the place was clean and had a great energy. Miss. Frida was my server. And she was absolutely great. I'm very hard to please and I love my food presentable and fixed with love. She did just that. I wanted a steak bowl. But the steak looked a little dry. I told her and she went to the back and brought me fresh steak and it was moist just like I like. She kept a smile on her face and she was so professional. Everyone in there was definitely on there job. I actually so employees in the back prepping food and it was all fresh. I recommend this chipotle to anyone. I enjoyed that visit. I love great customer services and friendly faces. I had to take time and do a review because one was needed. I love the service I received“
“I will admit, I have only been to a chipotle maybe 5 times in my life. I downloaded the app and placed a to-go order and it was good. The app was easy to use and I think I received a free order of guacamole for signing up. The chicken burrito bowl I ordered was great. The food was ready at the quoted time and the staff were friendly when I picked it up. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future orders.“

I ordered through the app verses walking in & ordering in person.
I think this bowl turned out better than it does when I point!!
It was busy with people in person & waiting. A group of us stood to the side while an amazing angel shouted out names. The room cleared out as we all scrammed to grab our goods.
I will 100% use the app again for how easy it was. This location is GREAT.“

“Are the portions getting smaller 😒. The tables weren't clean for us to eat in house. I've never seen that at a Chipotle store before. The food was good, had to ask why my portions of meat was so damn small 🤏🏼. I was even given the 👀 when I asked for extra veggies.“
“Chipotle is my go-to spot when I want something quick, fresh, and filling. I love being able to build my own bowl with all the ingredients I like. The chicken is always seasoned well, the rice is fluffy, and the veggies taste fresh. I usually add guacamole too—even though it costs extra, it’s worth it. The portions are generous, and the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly and they keep the line moving. Whether I’m eating there or grabbing it to-go, I always leave satisfied. Reliable, clean, and tasty every time.“
“I've been eating at Chipotle for a long time. I ate their back when I used to eat meat and I eat there now that I don't. What's great about them is that you can choose what items you want to put in your tacos, wraps or bowls. The meat selections are pork, beef and chicken and for the vegetarians there is rice and beans and grilled vegetables. You can choose cheese or crema, and a variety of sauces. Let's not forget guacamole which is awesome.“
“Food was great! I ordered a burrito bowl buy had to wait due to them not having any steak. The lady that was helping me assured me it would 0nly be 3 mins so I decided to wait. The young women that helped me noticed that I was still waiting after 5 mins had passed and asked to cook how much longer. He said 3 mins and you could tell she was concerned about my wait time. When yhe meat was ready I hopped back in line and she apologized profusely for my wait. I told her no worries I know it can be frustrating having a customer wait but I was glad to do so. I've worked in the food industry for quite some time so I understand things happen. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a raise for being so attentive and concerned“
“I was at this location about 5pm on a Friday. Food is consistently good. Tonigh, the tomatoes were nowhere near red, get a new produce provider. Everything else was good . But tonight the line people were what stuck out impeccable all the way dow . Especially a woman who was working a double from another store. Working and It’s was excellent

“Visted at 9 pm. Staff was friendly, food line was missing several important items I wanted :( Missing salsa and pico :( These are son popular that they ran out, supervisor said they had a very busy day, understandable. But still, Made my experience Not so great, I almost stopped the guy from building my bowl but I was already there, so I just suffered thru. Meeting pars and metrics is important but a sad customer is worse. I may try this store again, but I probably will not.“
“This is one of my favorite place . I have never been to this one I was pretty happy about it because I was with family. The line was pretty long but I understood they just have good food and good service also the only thing was play only had brown rice. I really didn't like that part but I looked over it and continuing ordering. Maybe next time when I go back they will have my white rice. I appreciate all of them. God bless“

“Chipotle is normally very busy but no matter how busy they get they stay very friendly and professional i give them a 4 star because they didn't have tortillas for a burrito and they were running out of some products they should manage better.“
“Not the best Chipotle location but not the worst. Its location in the North Park mall is convenient but a double edged sword. The high traffic means they run out of items and the staff are not the friendliest. A decent place to go if you need a quick bite but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here“
“I’m hoping I’m giving credit to the right person, Angelina killed it!! She had a big rush come in at 230.. kind of an odd time in between lunch and dinner and she ran the register and line by her self while some other employee clocked out and sat on his phone in the booth.
She was able to do it quicker solo than most other restaurants could do with 3 people. She took 5 orders the fastest I’ve seen done before by herself. If she’s not a manager she’s manager material. She did it with a smile on her face and didn’t complain once about the lack of help she had. If I come back and she’s not working, I’m going to next closest location. Because the other employees didn’t seem to care much that she’s hustling it by herself.“

“I had to place a last minute order for the office, but wasn’t able to add another build your own meal (feeds 4-6). Luckily, I came in early and the guy who helped me was super nice. He said they were able to add another container of meat, which was all we needed! Great customer service. Definitely helps having an amazing restaurant team make your job easier. Thank you!“

I stopped by Chipotle today and noticed I was rung up incorrectly after looking at my receipt. I brought it to their attention — they apologized right away, but I’ll admit I was pretty upset at first because this has happened before.
A few minutes later, the manager came out while I was sitting down to eat. He saw the receipt on my table and personally handed me a full refund for my meal, even though I only asked for the difference. That gesture really stood out.
Mistakes happen — it’s how a business handles them that counts. The fact that they owned up to it and went above and beyond to make things right truly shows great customer service. I left feeling appreciated instead of frustrated, and that’s something I value a lot.“
