“I recently had a wonderful date night with my boyfriend at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess and promptly seated. Our waiter, Jacy, was amazing and helped us choose our cocktails while explaining everything on the menu in detail. When our food arrived, it was absolutely delicious. I’ve never had such a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place!“

“A wonderful place. The service was over the top. I had the prime rib and creamed spinach. My wife had the lobster of the day, which was a crab cake with a 2lb lobster on it. I lived mine. The spinach was one of the best I've had. My wife loved hers. Usually I get a little leftovers from her orders, but not this time. (Hahahaha).“

The crab cake melt and chili we're stand outs, being from Miami and having authentic ceviche was a bit disappointed in their rendition of the dish but I'm in Texas so I didn't expect much 😅. “Cedar & Vine is our favorite neighborhood spot! It is kid-friendly, the food quality is great, and service is always excellent. The kid's menu has great options at very reasonable prices. For the adults, the cocktails are excellent and the chef specials are always delicious and unique. We are very regular customers and are so thankful for this little gem in Lake Highlands.“

Our server, Raoul, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it a special evening--from a card signed by the staff to a birthday candle + complimentary night cap, we truly felt honored and celebrated. Cocktails were excellent and there were so many delicious-looking dishes on the menu it was hard to choose! We landed on the rabbit pappardelle and a duck leg special, both of which were cooked to perfection and plated beautifully. Far from your typical dinner fare, we were truly impressed by the complexity of the flavors and the level of care in the execution. The atmosphere was stylish, sophisticated, and romantic with great music and thoughtful lighting. Can't recommend this place enough and very much look forward to returning to celebrate special occasions for years to come. Our warmest thanks to the entire staff!“
