“1st time dining at Layne’s and how I can describe their fingers is like eating KFC original breading, meaning that the breading had a good flavor. They have a variety of sauces, but for me the check of approval was the country cream gravy. Nothing special about the gravy, but the fact that they offer it (in my opinion) is a plus. Texas toast and crinkly fries were good, and almost a standard for most combo baskets, so it paired well. If you are an Aggie fan, you may recognize them as a local staple in Bryan/College Station. I would eat here again, considering the chicken competitions near by.“

“Went there Thursday evening thru drive-thru. Ordered roasted chicken. Was horrible. Smelled rotten and bad. The beans and rice also has a smell of sourness to it. The food was not hot. Very bad eating experience. Will not be going Back. Yuk and Yuk. Spoiled food.“

“Nice place to go. Lack of communication or almost no gratitude expressed. It's like hi welcome to Hartz and paid for meal and that was was it. Nothing explained, no one asked if we needed anything, had to find utensils on my own made our own way to beverages. Kinda felt dry about the service, food was OK no wow factor for its price.“
“OUR ORDER WAS WRONG! If you read that please keep reading. We didn't receive part of our order and instead of calling DoorDash and asking for a refund, after trying the food we did receive, we decided we wanted our complete order because EVERYTHING was so good. we asked for them to just bring us our fries that we were missing and instead the manager said if you come get it we well just replace everything and I am one happy customer to get to eat them AMAZING food tomorrow! Its a little on the higher end for our eating out budget but it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!“

“Their food is great and their service is usually really good. Today they dropped the ball big time, they delivered my order to my house mind you a live 3 minutes away and my sandwich was missing I immediately called let them know she said she would get it delivered to me right away and 40 minutes later I still had no sandwich I called back and the leader or who ever she was said she had sent it out right away but the driver had other deliveries… my thing is you messed up my order so now you’ve made me wait an hour to get a sandwich delivered that you missed the first time.so I do not recommend getting things delivered just in case you’re missing things you won’t be priority to receiving the items missed.“

“AMAZING OUT OF THIS WORLD SERVICE!
I purchase breakfast for our team every week, and Chick-fil-A is often my choice, because of a shift manager named Jessica. I am ALWAYS warmly welcomed when I walk through the door.
However, this past Tuesday, Jessica demonstrated a level of customer service I have never experienced anywhere.
Before I even reached the counter to announce I was there to pick up my large team order, she had already prepared everything she knew I would need — my summary business receipt, a water, and an item from my order to eat while I waited for the remainder to be completed.
She anticipated my needs before I voiced them.
I have traveled all over the United States, Alaska, and internationally. I have worked in distribution management for over 40 years. I recognize truly exceptional service when I see it — and what Jessica demonstrated was elite.
This young lady is a credit to Chick-fil-A, to her store team, to her managers, and to her family and community. I cannot adequately express the emotions I felt that morning. Today is Saturday, and I am still thinking about that moment.
Jessica represents Chick-fil-A at its absolute best. Thank you SO very much, Jessica, for making my day, week, month and year!“

“I visited Raising Cane's on June 5th around 11:30 PM and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, and the food was excellent. My chicken tenders were extra moist, fresh, and a really good size compared to what I've received at other locations. Everything tasted hot and well prepared. It's always nice when the food quality and cleanliness are both on point. I'll definitely be back!“
