“Located inside Clear Lake Regional Medical Center Cafeteria. Stays open til 10pm most nights when the regular cafeteria hours are only from 11pm-2pm. The food is kept fresher than the other subways I've been too and the employees are nice.“

“Make sure you come prepared to get your citation from the Clear Lake Shores Police Department. They give out a huge number of tickets on the streets around and in front of this business. This business is located in a high-intensity policing area. Don't let losing a few hundred dollars discourage you, though. When they pull you over after your meal and cite you, tip your hat to them. Protect and serve, right? The sandwich is worth it. You won't get out of your ticket. The municipal court will see to it you pay ever penny. The police like to hang out in the local business parking lots around here behind corners and bushes to cite customers and anyone unfortunate enough to visit a bar or get a meal. Please don't linger in this area. If you do so long enough, you'll have a bad experience with local police. I'm sorry you have to encounter them as a tourist on vacation. “It was a decent sandwich. The soup wasn't real hot and they sell caramelized onions for the prime rib sandwich but don't seem to actually know what a caramelized onion is. They ran my onions through the oven a second time and they were still basically raw. I paid nearly $20 for a soup and sandwich after the tip and for that price, it should have been great, not fine.“

“Staff here is friendly, and for the many years I've been here, probably one of the better places around when it comes to service. I come here very often for lunch at least once to twice a week, and my sandwiches are always made well with no mistakes, and ingredients always taste great! I just always keep an eye out of the lettuce and tomatoes as those do tend to go bad quicker.“

“I go out of my way to the SUBWAY on Palmer Hwy bcz for years they have had the 1-2-punch, Great staff and Great sandwiches. Kevin and George kept things Live and Upbeat, always smiling and starting your sandwich when they see you getting out your car. These guys know their customers so well, you could bypass the line and go straight to the register where your sandwich would be waiting for you. That's GREAT Custom Service. UNFORTUNATELY, management doesn't know when they have a GREAT thing going. They fired Kevin, whom I call SUNSHINE and George left. These guys set the tone and it was always fun bcz they created such a joyous atmosphere. Their gone and all the joy went with them. Pat does a good job but there's no SUNSHINE without Kevin and George. After all these years, I don't go into the store anymore! Good service is more than good. “My wife and I have been to Charley's so far 4 or 5 times this month and have yet to be disappointed. I'm not an expert on Philly Cheesesteaks and I can only go by reviews and YouTube videos but these are very delicious. The steak meat honestly I couldn't tell you if its flank or top sirloin but it's moist and hot. We always get the regular cheesesteak with onions, provolone cheese and peppers but without lettuce or tomatoes in order to stay closer to an original cheesesteak. The fries are always hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have homemade lemonade which to me is better than Chick-fil-A's lemonade. Some locations have wings and hand-spun milkshakes but not the one inside Baybrook Mall. The cheesesteaks are really good but ALWAYS get the extra meat option, trust me.

Parking: It's a large shopping mall lot.“

“I have no idea why the bad reviews . . . I've been to many locations and this one is by far the best location as far as preparing the sandwiches go. Even the wrapping is neatly done. I don't know who prepared my order (C8484076-04), but I hope I get served by the same person (999997) next time I place an order.“
