“Only been here a handful of times but each time I’ve had a pleasant experience. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but the lady working drive thru who took my order & payment was super polite & professional in a way I can appreciate. The young man who handed me my ice cream in the second window was also professional & polite. After he handed me my ice cream he told me to have a good night & all I did was smile & then drove away. I just want to say I am so SORRY!! That was so rude of me! I always say it back! I felt like such a punk. I really am sorry for that. But again, this Braum’s is definitely worth 5 stars. My chocolate chip sundae was freaking bomb and so was the customer service! 👏🏼 thanks y’all!“
