The young man who waited on us was very knowledgeable, very courteous and very professional as he maneuver around his table.“

“Today I visited Hardwood location & it was the best customer service I have received in a while. I work in the food industry & I pay attention to everything. Cat was the manager on duty today & handled the lunch rush with complete poise. The team was working together so well, communicating, assisting customers & did all of it with a smile on their face, which I know can be difficult during rush. “Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“We found Chip’s today by making a wrong turn. It was our first visit of many more to come. We thoroughly enjoyed our made-your-way burgers. I’m so glad to know of a place that makes onion straws- my favorite!!! My husband enjoyed the fries too. We also felt the price point was reasonable. Too, the staff is so friendly and genuine. “Very good charcoal taste chicken & steak with rice, we ordered both. Pot stickers were great. I'm not a condiment person but definitely need the sauces with these meals. Will eat there again.. it was about $32 bucks for two meals to go, no drinks..“

“The entire experience was wonderful. Our server, Lorena “Little Bird,” was very attentive and knew her stuff. We had cheesy bread, lasagna, and a meat lovers pizza. The lasagna was phenomenal, so was the pizza. They make everything to order and fresh. You can customize as you wish because nothing is premixed. It was evident. It was so good. “The beer is good! Amber has “milk stout” coffee tones to it so it is different than what we are used to. As a point of reference we love Austin Amber from Independence Brewing. That said, we DO like stouts though we didn’t try this time. There is not a hefe on the menu but, the IPA stands tall. Foodies: good eats to complement beer. Also, the ordering process for everything is do it yaself! (QR code menu AND ordering.) Some menu items are not yet available so just ask. Yes, we messed up. Staff is friendly and helped us figure things out. They have only been open about a month for food and bev. The brewing warehouse has been around a while. Will visit again especially when the hot wings arrive!“
