“I recently celebrated my birthday at The Reserve Mexican Restaurant in Euless in one of their private rooms, and the experience was outstanding. The staff and service went above and beyond to make it a truly special evening. They were incredibly accommodating and always available whenever we needed anything. We were also allowed to decorate the room with balloons, candles, and personal touches, which made the celebration feel even more meaningful. I would highly recommend The Reserve for a special occasion or even just to enjoy great food and a fun atmosphere. The energy of the restaurant is fantastic. José, the manager, made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

“We have been dining at this wonderful family-owned business for for 12 years now. As we have moved farther and farther away, we still make our way over there periodically because their margherita pizza is our all-time favorite. Tonight we went back for first time in over a year and the owner pulled me aside and asked if she could speak to me. She said the last time we were in there (again, over a year ago) they had accidentally mixed up our check with another table and over-charged us by $12.62. She even showed me the checks that she had saved, knowing we would be back. She credited our meal back what we had over-paid a year ago. Y’all! This does not happen! We will always be loyal customers, even though we currently have to drive an hour to get there. Oh! And you can’t go wrong with the margherita pizza (or the spinach ravioli)!”

Even though charging premium prices, all condiments on table were of the cheapest kind, loaded with toxic high fructose corn syrup and a nasty butter substitute with soybean oil and a chemical cocktail of other ingredients. Lord only knows what kind of sub-par ingredients go into the food. For prices you charge, you can do better than this!”

They have a wonderful buffet Monday through Friday that helps me decide what I really want to eat the next time I go. The staff is always wonderful, helpful and very attentive. “This place was near our hotel, and we wanted some soup to end our day. The restaurant is located in a sketchy area by some apartments and inside a market-style setup. I ordered the chicken khao poon. While the flavor was good, I really wish they offered the vegetables on the side instead of mixing them into the bowl. I didn’t like the taste of the bean sprouts and purple cabbage. It would be much better served separately.

Their sticky rice was also given in a syrofoam to-go container instead of the traditional Lao rice container (thip khao), which keeps the rice warmer and adds to the authentic dine-in experience.

Coming from a health department background (although not in this city), I was very turned off seeing staff wearing sandals while taking orders and serving food. They should know this is not up to health code and could easily be reported.

Customer service was non-existent. No one checked in on us, and we were short on napkins the entire time. The Thai iced tea was also way too sweet because of the heavy condensed milk.

Overall, the food was decent, but the presentation, environment, and lack of basic health standards were disappointing.”

“This was the best Ethiopian food I’ve ever had, and my friend and I’s families loved it when we brought the leftovers home too! I highly recommend the federation platter and veggie platter. The yebeg siga alicha and yemesir wot were my favorite dishes, and my friend loved the shiro and minchet. The chai was great too!

“Just discovered this quant Mexican food restaurant. I found them by looking up street tacos on Google and realized they are a mile from my office. I ordered the street taco plate with rice and refried beans along with a Mexican Coke with Cane sugar. The food was excellent and will certainly go back. This guy was rude, childish, and down right incapable of conducting himself like an adult. It's sad and I honestly feel sorry for the guy. Don't let this deter you from coming here. I love this place. Sometimes you come across people who can't function in society. Toast is one of those individuals. Again, I love this bar.”

My favorite flavors are: QQ Happy Family, Matcha milk tea with red bean, and the Passion Fruit Orange and Grapefruit fruit tea with lychee jelly.

They give the perfect amount of toppings and custom make your tea. Between other tea places and locations, this one is my top 5! The staff is friendly and efficient.

They have Happy Hour on Mon-Thurs from 1-4:30 so that’s a definite bonus. I hope they stay in business because the Fort Worth location closed down a while ago, which was a huge disappointment.”
