“A good place to have frozen custard just outside downtown Grapevine. They have an extensive menu with a variety of Sundaes, Shakes and Waffles. In general you can upgrade any of your choices. They also have smaller options for kids. Mind that they don't have dine in service, only drive through and carry out.“

“This store saved our Thanksgiving dessert plan! We pre-ordered 7 days ago through another Crumbl and showed up tonight to pick it up to be told they were out of almost all the items we ordered. We called this Southlake store and they were super kind and had everything in stock! Our order was ready to go when we walked in, thank you so much!“

“My wife took me here after seeing it on TikTok—sugarcane juice is our weakness, especially since we used to have it a lot back in Kerala. We tried the juice with pineapple, mango, and coconut. Pineapple was the best of the three, but it felt like they added extra sugar, which took away a bit from the natural taste.
We also had the viral mango ice cream, and that alone is a reason I’d go back! We tried both grape and mango, but mango was the clear winner.
Overall, the sugarcane juice was decent—not the best we’ve had, but not disappointing either. Worth a try, especially for the mango ice cream!“

“I finally gave into the hype and went here to try the Dubai brownie. My local spot was insanely crazy busy so I went Here to try this place out since it was nearby my work. Dude. I am so glad that I did. Yes it was busy but not that bad. The girl behind the counter was Uber sweet and helpful. Her name is Angel. I got her name to give her a shout out. Lol, The people were demanding and insane for this brownie, and I seriously could not have kept my cool the way her and the blonde guy that was the manager did! Super shout out to the manager there he was doing a knockout job. I just didn’t catch his name. Blonde hair with lots of tattoos, kinda can’t miss him….The brownie was knocked out delicious and the other cookies I got were just as good. If I could give more stars, I would five out of five best experience at a crumble EVER! (and I go to a lot, lol) Will be back, forget the old Crumbl - this is my new one for sure!“

“Cookies are good but got the eggnog tres leches tonight and the whipped cream was crumbly and was moreso butter than whipped cream so that was a bit disappointing, it had been over whipped. The cake without the cream (butter) was nice though.“

“Love their snow cones and their nacho and cheese. The management is amazing. A few weeks ago we walked to Bedford snowball and took our dog with us. I just got my nachos and cheese went to sit at a table and my dog jumped up and knocked it out of my hands. I took napkins and started cleaning it up the manager came out and gave me a new order. Everyone is so kind and helpful.“

“I was in downtown Arlington, for the Lightup Arlington festival on 7/3 and made my first visit to Insomnia Cookies. First, thank you for having vegan options, the sugar and chocolate chunk cookies were delicious! Also, much KUDOS to the awesome, young lady working there (wish I'd gotten her name). She was the only person working and had a consistently long line. She handled the situation with professionalism and kindness! She greeted every customer that came in and assured them she'd be right with them. She bounced back and forth between putting cookies in the oven and serving customers efficiently, with a friendly and positive demeanor! She was fantastic, hope she is rewarded for her outstanding abilities in running the entire store! Great service and cookies, I'll be returning!“
“I had both the Bahn Fire Bowl last week and the Blazing Noodle dish today at the D10 location. Both of them I substituted the chicken for tofu with no charge or problem. They were both spicy and delicious! Airport priced, but very satisfying.“
