“After visiting this restaurant just once, it became my new favorite restaurant in the DFW area. We are taking our granddaughter back as soon as possible! What was not to love? The appetizer was delicious. Both of our entrees were complete and complimented with wonderful "sides" that were not only pretty on the plate, but very, very tasty! The atmosphere is very special. It was warm and inviting, not pretentious; And the live entertainment of very gifted musicians made the evening perfect! (Best arrangement of Breezy that I have ever heard!) There is a small area for dancing cheek to cheek... and if wine is your must have, their wine list is complete. We have ONE COMPLAINT.... THE NAME!!!! Several times we wanted to recommend this restaurant to friends, and neither of us could remember the name! And yes, the bread is very thin, BUT DELICIOUS..... And if your partner's birthday is REALLY, REALLY, IMPORTANT to you that it be celebrated...I suggest telling them before you are walking out the door. We found the service very accommodating... When we asked for extra bread. Just saying...AND did someone say there was OUTSIDE DINING???? I STRONGLY DISAGREE. A little cafe table in front of a restaurant is fine in a crowded Paris side street, but I would hardly call it a fine dining option! Eat inside. It is lovely!“
“The best restaurant in the area, no question. Our go-to for a date night, friends, family or work gatherings… no matter the occasion the staff makes you feel at home. With a constantly changing menu based on the most fresh and in-season ingredients, you can’t go wrong with Chef Sean’s cooking (tonight he was telling us about his trip to New Orleans which was amazing inspo for his fish dishes). The servers are super attentive, knowledgeable, and straight up fun to chat with (Mike is our all-time fave)! And if you’re a sucker for a phenomenal bartender, Brian is your man. All-around spectacular establishment, owner Chris has done a great job!“
“Can’t give a 5 star review due to no locks on the ladies room doors. Very uncomfortable not to feel like you can have privacy of any kind. I would change that immediately because the rest of the restaurant is classy and elegant with good food.“
“We dined here on Saturday evening and I was so impressed with the "Tex-Med" theme and was very pleased with our entire experience. It is a warm and comfortable atmosphere that creatively embodies the theme. The staff was welcoming and attentive and most importantly the food was excellent! The sample platter was a collection of delectable treats, with the fried goat cheese shining brightly. The gyro and short ribs tacos were delicious. Its a geniously crafted concept for a restaurant that doesn't disappoint!“
“What a wonderful gem of a restaurant! I have heard good things but never made it up to try it out for itself until today. Please don’t make the same mistake I did!Love the uniforms, the pleasant demeanor of the hostess and server, and everyone we came into contact with. I’ve not seen a more professional and happy staff in a very long time. The food was excellent. From the crab and shrimp dip appetizer onward, it was a winner!I had the trio with Salmon, Gumbo and Fried Shrimp and my partner had the Baby Back Ribs. Both meals were well seasoned and delicious. Our server Rodrigo was amazing, and a pleasure to have as a server. Will definitely be returning often!Thank you!“
“Ok, taco lovers, let's talk about Velvet Taco!!! Why has no one recommended Velvet Taco to me? It's amazing. Makes me poetic, each bite was a symphony of flavors meticulously crafted from fresh, ingredients. Every component of these tacos sang with freshness, from succulent meats to crisp vegetables. It was evident that the chefs/ cooks/ prep staff took great pride in their creations, as each taco boasted a unique flavor combination that delighted the palate. One standout was the brisket- wowzah- a fantastic blend of savory flavors that left me craving more. With its commitment to inventive flavor combinations, and welcoming atmosphere, it's a must-visit for any taco aficionado. The fresh guacamole and pleasing margarita were a nice bonus. My only caution is the seating. It is primarily high-tops, which can be problematic with small children, older people, or anyone needing physical assistance. Overall, great eats!! I'd recommend 2 tacos to start, 3 if you're really hungry.“
“Visited this place from out of town with friends and ordered the smash burger, the honeymelon boba, the mango shake and shared the boneless chicken. Reasonably priced and food was tasty. Highly recommend the mango shake. Only drawback is that the dining hall isn't very big.“
“It’s a Small sandwich, dessert and wine shop. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. I had a turkey and pesto sandwich, it was really good. It’s a bit pricey + they will ask for a tip. I’d only eat here in an emergency. My dialysis clinic is next door.“
“This is our go to spot!! We love the owners, the staff, the food! Everything here is amazing! The vibe is great and the food is great!! My favorite is the Mediterranean Bowl with Salmon and my husband’s is the chicken quesadilla!!! But everything is so good!!! It’s a definite must try!!! The bar got great drinks! Alex and Mattias are there best!!! Highly recommend!“
“Everything was exceptional had stephannee as my server she was very attentive and quick kept checking to make sure I did not need anything I had the sirloin I had it med but wish I had got it med rare but the lobster mac and cheese was amazing definitely worth getting had the long Island it was good and the twin peak sundae was great will definitely come back next time I'm in town“
“Friends of mine took me to Victor's during my visit to Texas. We joked that I flew from Canada just to dine here, and after, it wouldn't be far fetched that I would. Amazing family owned quality restaurant, perfect for a lovely night with friends.“
“Great social place. The cake is amazing!4/12/24: second time visiting. This time, I took the family. Great restaurant. Food well prepared ?. The service was great. Experienced outside dining, which was great. Kids really enjoyed their meals. Food portions were very satisfying.Dishes: Hot Hen; Chicken and waffles; Fried Green Tomatoes; whiskey cake“
“Seriously love this place! I live in Fort Worth, but will drive to Southlake just for Chop Shop. The app is so easy to use, the rewards points are great, the restaurant is always so clean, and the staff are super nice! 10/10 recommend:)Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and can always get something here that works for my diet!“
“Decent healthy breakfast in a bowl. Nice place. Counter staff is friendly and knows their stuff. You order at the counter and take a number to your table, which might be at the perfectly nice covered outdoor patio area. I like it for breakfast and lunch. I haven't tried it for dinner yet. Work colleagues like it for lunch. Also pretty good DoorDash experience.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly.“
“My husband made reservations for my birthday but they had a difficult time finding it and didn't seem to expect our party of five. Once we were seated the service was excellent and the food/drinks were outstanding! The atmosphere was fun and not noisy - a definite plus! I'm looking forward to going back.“
“We had lunch here. I ordered the Fish and Chips and substituted a salad for the chips. The salad was fantastic! Avocado, almonds, cherry tomatoes all in a delicious citrus vinaigrette. My son had the French dip sandwich, which came on a specialty bread, and was served like sliders with a jus. It is a blend of sirloin and prime rib. He said it was awesome! The server was friendly and took the time to describe the food and answer our questions. We would definitely return.“
“Food was awesome! We went with a larger group, and everyone left happy. We were a little nervous when we pulled up, front side of the building had boards on the windows, but glad we decided to check this spot out. Service was good and the deserts were amazing too. Hopefully they're remodeling the interior space, not sure how they keep the patio cool in the summer. We'll definitely be back, definitely bringing some friends.“
“Had the tuna poke bowl and it was so delicious! The tuna tasted super fresh. Great environment, and service was exceptional. Ask for Angie, she has great energy, speedy and efficient service. She made our experience wonderful. Definitely coming back :)“
“The hamburger is $20. That's insane. Three forks charges the same, and the comparison is worlds apart. It's Lewisville, but their prices are Vegas level. The only day that makes sense is Wednesday when bottles are half off. Food is ok. Not exceptional. Service is hit or miss. 4.7 is completely inaccurate. We keep the restaurant on our rotation because we are within walking distance. We would go every two weeks if the pricing matched the quality of the food.“
“Visited with a large business group for a private event. The staff was all-hands on deck and extremely prepared. Even though groups was over 600, the service and wait time was minimal. They were on it!.. thinking of a business outing? Highly recommend. They just made it all “
“The drinks, kids chicken strips with waffle fries, wings, and shrimp scampi were excellent! Everything was flavored just on point. Excellent service and a chill vibe, with a kool bar right in the middle of the restaurant. Next time trying the loaded Bloody Mary!“
“We celebrated my husbands birthday at Jellicos. It was great, a hidden gem for sure. The poblano white bean dip was amazing! The filet mignon was delicious and tender. We had one little problem with the meats, I asked for the filet mignon to be medium well, and my husband wanted his T Bone to be medium, and they mixed those terms, the T bone also needed a bit more flavor but everything else was delicious. The servers and everyone were great, but Hala made the night special. What a sweet soul! She made sure my husband got a birthday cake and sang the song even when no one else joined! The curve lounge was packed, but it looked like fun, and prices were surprisingly low, we would come back and try the lounge too !“
“The First Friday Event was quaint, laid back and had a hometown vibe. Met some very nice vendors and got some great steals! If you like being out and about on an Autumn evening, this is your place! Thanks to Main & Mill for making this happen. The best healthy dinner tonight at Main Street Cafe. Please visit this historic building and the food is really 5 stars!Check out this new to me bag! Winning!“
“Typical bar food. But a bit more on the fancier side. The outside area looks amazing. But current weather (rain in the 40s) prevents me from hanging out there. Bartender was initially very attentive got me a drink right away. But got forgotten about and had to wave him over. It's easy and convenient if you are staying at the hotel. It's a pretty trendy place which matches the aesthetic of the main hotel. They have really good daily specials. The wings were cooked perfectly. Prob some of the best wings I have had in a long while.“
“Popped into Next for an early Valentine's Day dinner with my Fiancé and couldn't be happier we did! We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server Maude was very charismatic and quick with service but never made us feel rushed. The place really does give off the whole "Bistro" vibe, dim but not dark, music was present but didn't impede conversation. The star of the show was the food, which is generally what you hope for at a restaurant I suppose haha. We felt that nearly everything we ordered was priced correctly (sans maybe the Brie) as you got PLENTY of food. My duck was the. BEST. I've had in years. So crispy yet not dry. A good amount of meat (if you eat duck often you know you're usually getting mouthfuls of bones lol). And I could have drank the sauce by itself, it was that good. My fiancé said that every bit of his seafood was cooked to perfection, and the seasoning on point! 10/10 recommend!“
“Let me just start off by saying this place is a whole vibe no way you not having a good time music always on point , live band be on point as well. The food on point hands down to the cook . Black owned establishment if you know you know. My server was Nica B so amazing made me a green tea cocktail so delicious, so sweet amazing amazing amazing customer service guys you will not be disappointed.“
“5 Stars ReviewVicky was a most excellent waitress. The breakfast buffet is great. They have a huge variety of options for breakfast. They have omlets, pancakea, waffles, french toaat, fruit, pastries, bacon, sausage, potatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, croissants, bananas, oatmeal. They have vegetarian options as well as gluten-free breads and other items.A bit high but it's a hotel, what else do you expect? Would recommend.“
“Stopped by on a Sunday night to watch some NFL playoff action. Lots of television screens, friendly service and a lively crowd. They offer a handful of domestic and craft beers at fair prices. Bacon-wrapped jalapeños, topped with pico de gallo, are still my favorite snack here.“
“Tupelo Honey was a great Sunday Brunch spot. My sister and I made a reservation after church, we had no issues getting seated. The server was very attentive. The restaurant was packed so I would make a reservation ahead of time if you are able. The playlist was perfect. My only complaint was that the table we sat at was wayyyy to close the next one. We will be back to try more of the menu. The shrimp Poboy definitely satisfied my Louisiana craving!“
“The food is really good. The cheese on the bacon egg and cheese biscuit is AMAZING.Service, I'm torn. The girl who took our order missed 1 simple thing on our first order, no biggie. Our second order missed the same simple little request. Having breakfast with some old friends, they missed a drink off their order. Service at the checkout needs a bit of polishing. It won't keep us from going back, but we would like a little better experience with the order taking. This was the second trip to this location. The first experience was about the same.“
“Had a great time with friends and family. Delicious food, clean place with perfect vibe for dining. I always enjoy their strawberry mint mojitos, fried mac and cheese balls, pan seared dumplings, and avacado egg rolls. I love their salads and grilled salmon over rice. Pastas are very flavorful.“
“The food was ok. The fish was a bit overdone and the potatoe salad was a bit underdone. Portion size was good. The short ribs were really good. Brisket sandwich was good, not great. The service however was terrible. She knew it and never made an effort to do better or apologize. For the price, maybe eat elsewhere before voming for the music. We loved the music.“
“We always love when we have enough time at the airport to stop into Cru wine bar! The pizzas are delicious and I cannot get over the wine selection. Staff has always been friendly, but we especially love when Lindsey is there to take care of us. She’s knowledgeable and fun to be around! Definitely check out Cru if you get the chance ?“
“This place has made me excited to go out to eat again, the wings are my personal favorite always paired with their delicious strawberry margarita, every waitress and bartender has been nothing but kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. Here's to making every other Wednesday a donkey day“
“Nothing to hate about this place... 2nd time there. I use to go when it was The Table. They have changed it a bit and I like it! The service from walking in to being served Amazing!! The food...Outstanding ??give it a try if you haven't.. you won't regret it. I had the zucchini spaghetti... it was AMAZING ? went last night to celebrate my daughter's birthday ? ??“
