“I’ve been a loyal customer of Lisa’s Chicken for years, and it’s hands down one of the best spots for a quick, delicious, and affordable meal. The food is always fresh, perfectly seasoned, and consistently great quality. Whether I’m stopping by for lunch or grabbing dinner for the family, Lisa’s never disappoints.
The portions are generous, the menu offers something for everyone, and the prices are hard to beat. On top of that, the service is friendly and efficient, even during busy times.

“Everything tastes great. We good our food withing a minute of ordering. The restaurant was very clean and the service was friendly. 10$ for 3 small pieces of chicken just doesn't feel right. You pretty much get filled with the fries and bread.“

“Fresh delicious chicken! I love the seasoning on the chicken. I asked for fresh chicken and did not get an attitude from the cashier. The Asian guy in the back kept staring me down and they gave us the smallest chicken legs in the batch for asking for fresh chicken but overall it was good experience.“

“First of all let me say thanks to guy at the counter at lunch July 3rd. He was very nice, wished me happy birthday and was very personable. I'm a chatty people person, and he was a super great guy. The food was great, the service was the best I've witnessed anywhere. Location was clean and very organized. One of THE BEST locations I've been. And I've been to alot across this country. Again. I wish I'd remembered the guys name and could thank him. The service industries need more like you sir.“

“We had a late lunch there. I believe his name was Steve, the gentleman who took our order and was so kind to let us know the best way to order what we wanted to save cost. He helped me and my mom, even gave us an extra cookie with our order. He was so nice and helpful to us. I was going to use our receipt to review but my mom misplaced it and we think it was accidentally thrown away.“

“Lisa's is most certainly a gem!! Love this place. All of their food is cooked to order, so you never have to worry about getting cold food. I usually always get the Shrimp and fish. The shrimp is very good and cooked just right every time. The fish also is great and not over/undercooked. The amount of drink choices they have are great!“

“Lord have mercy yum 😋 Of your craving some good fish for a cheap price come here you will not be disappointed at all. I’m from Ohio and this place has knocked all of the fried fish places I’ve been to out of the box 🤤 so so good. Everything’s hot and fresh and they went above and beyond to fix my order right. “Not a bad place at all. Service was prompt, efficient and on point. Food wasn't awesome, definitely not bad either.
I ordered a catfish filet, 3 chicken tenders, coleslaw and fried okra.
The catfish was cooked perfectly. Just not quality catfish. Reminds me of Southeast Asia catfish.
Chicken tenders are almost great. They seem to be brined, leaving the protein very moist. It's a texture problem for me.
Coleslaw was really good and I highly recommend it.
Fried okra needed a few more minutes in the oil. Just not quite crispy enough for me.
I will be back to explore some of the other items on the menu.“

“Afternoon. Our family has been RELIGIOUS Chick-fil-A supporters everywhere our lives have moved us. Sarasota, Orlando, Sanford, Florida and our last Texas city of Plano. We moved here to Burleson this month and have been frequent drive through customers...Today was our first experience inside your Burleson store... and I'm in literal shock. One of the reasons we've chosen to support Chick-fil-A is not only their quality food, but their facilities and personal experience; and while your food and personal were still up to standard, the facility was unexcusable. I wish I could attach pictures of every disgusting booth (Not only torn apart but massively dirty). I'm questioning how this is allowed corporately because I have never seen anything like it in ANY store we have visited. There is no shortage of customers and it doesn't take much to steam clean cloth seats or replace leather seats? I was very disappointed. I am hoping that our neighborhood Chick-fil-A could be a place I would bring the kids, especially over the summer... and honestly McDonalds was a higher standard than this.. Eesh can't believe I'm saying that.. Sorry, I'm not usually a complainer.. but I LOVE Chick-fil-A and this was embarrassing today.“

“This is a relatively local fast food that has expanded rapidly in the last 2 years. The chicken is large pieces & the crust is always crunchy. The fried shrimp is also large. The meats are always very hot (no cold meats). The side of okra is also a large portions, crunchy & hot. Rolls are very good. French fries are also hot. No seating. Inside pick-up or drive thru. Would recommend.“

“This location has brought me back to when I first used to go with my family for dinner. Everything was fresh, the biscuits were great and everything was hot. An earlier review complained about the outside. As long as the food is on point, I don't care if it looks bad. It's not the best area or neighborhood so. To the manager or owner, keep this standard up. We will be back more often and we have tried many in dfw.“

“I went to another Popeyes and they messed up my order. Didn’t realize until I almost got home. Pregnant and really just wanted the blackened ranch that they forgot and this Popeyes gave me extra even though they aren’t the one that screwed up. I’m so grateful they were so sweet“

“The manager at the Forest Hill location is a 5 star employee. Vannesa was very helpful and delightful. She listened carefully to my complaint and was eager to correct it. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased when I left! Great choice Chicken Express. Because of her customer service I will definitely return!“
