The chicken was fresh and so was the sweet tea but the sweet tea was not as good as chicken express and it came in a gallon bag instead of the gallon jug other than that customer service was great and so were the wings.“

“Exactly how it should be. Fish was hot and crispy, the sides were great. I had the 2 fish plate and shrimp w/slaw and chips. We also tried the Crab cakes which were really good and flavorful, cheese curds were perfect and the popcorn shrimp were tasty. I feel like this place is so underrated. Wild caught fish for a reasonable price and I don’t have to cook it! Give this fast food place a chance. Oh and the free RB float! YEAH! I’m in.“

“Went to the Keller location today, loved the concept and that they have gluten free options however disappointed that the only vegetarian burger was black bean. In 2023, vegetarians expect a plant based meat option like Impossible Burger or Beyond Burger. Black bean doesn’t have the consistency and doesn’t hold together well on a hamburger bun. The gluten free onion rings were good however they weren’t as crispy as they appeared in the poster behind the register.“

I want to personally thank kaitlin (i hope i’m spelling this right) for being so patient and nice throughout the whole process. “Me and my family was there to order food and we had to wait till some young man he was trying to clean something where you pick your your items that were going to go on your pizza and he was draining something I don't know what he was doing but I think it could have waited after we ordered our food but we had to wait Sandler and wait on him to clean something up up on the bottom of the the counter set the other employers were working with to service I feel like I was unprofessional going to clean up at night he had to drain something and if he had to drain it he should have told us he should have waited till after we ordered our food that's how I felt but everything else was good we usually have good service but this particular day the young ladies were good service it was just the young man was stopping them from doing their job“

The chicken tenders were tasty although they were extremely small. The Cole slaw was very good. The fries were tasty and crispy. I will give it another try, but for the price we paid for the tenders, they should be much larger. Although, as I said Marcus and Amari could not have been more helpful and friendly. They are both a great asset to Golden Chick.“

“I usually avoid burgers as a lunch choice bc I expect most burgers to fall short of expectations. I will say that Nancy made me the best burger I have had in five years. Not really sure exactly what she did, but the combination of grilled mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños was magical. I will definitely be back.“
