“this was our first time eating here today and it was amazing!!! the service was great, everyone greeted us and even had someone come out to explain the menu for us knowing it was our first visit. you can see right into their kitchen to watch them cook, and they looked very clean! they brought our food to our table and even checked up on us multiple times, not something i’m used to for fast food! the food was super delicious, especially their tenders and house made ranch sauce“

“This place is always busy. That said I've never had a bad experience. All the associates are very young from what I've seen, but they've all been very polite and professional. The food is always great. Only bad thing is they are closed on Sundays.“

“I go here on a weekly basis! The tacos are always packed with meat and toppings for the price! (Plus the salsa is amazing and fresh!) Staff is always friendly and amazing customer service! As someone with rny everything makes me sick but this place has never! My only complaint is the times they are open! “Went to the Keller location today, loved the concept and that they have gluten free options however disappointed that the only vegetarian burger was black bean. In 2023, vegetarians expect a plant based meat option like Impossible Burger or Beyond Burger. Black bean doesn’t have the consistency and doesn’t hold together well on a hamburger bun. The gluten free onion rings were good however they weren’t as crispy as they appeared in the poster behind the register.“

“The service by Marcus and Amari was more than incredible. They helped us get our order straight even though the Golden Chick app did not work. They took their time to help us. The chicken tenders were tasty although they were extremely small. The Cole slaw was very good. The fries were tasty and crispy. I will give it another try, but for the price we paid for the tenders, they should be much larger. Although, as I said Marcus and Amari could not have been more helpful and friendly. They are both a great asset to Golden Chick.“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich from cooks children's cafeteria that has a Chick-fil-A, and my food is always good !! Hot and ready to grab yourself, or a short wait for fresh ones.. 10/10 aren't stingy with sauces either, no extra cost!

Kid-friendliness: I met an hispanic woman there who I always jokingly speak Spanish with lol, and she talks to her employers about my daughter and I, and how "bonita" she thinks we are <3 looove them!“

“I usually avoid burgers as a lunch choice bc I expect most burgers to fall short of expectations. I will say that Nancy made me the best burger I have had in five years. Not really sure exactly what she did, but the combination of grilled mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños was magical. I will definitely be back.“
