“Blown away by how much we liked this place. Loved the unique flavor combinations and the service. The atmosphere was perfect, we sat on the patio. The crispy Brussels sprouts hummus was the best hummus I’ve ever had. Got the aji steak rissotto which was great (spicier than I had hoped but my hubby loved it). Only complaint was that it needed a bit more meat for the price. I got the peppered chicken and mashed potatoes. Loved it. For dessert the blackberry cobbler was even better than we expected. The corn soufflé was delicious- like a mix between corn bread pudding and creamed corn. Came for valentines dinner and the staff was phenomenal for how busy they were. The young woman who seated us told us she was new and she was a delight. Our waitress was Isabella and she gave us all great suggestions and was attentive all evening but not annoying. We’ll be back!“

“Great tasty Brisket! Some of the best I have had. I like the casual feel and unique side dishes like the Lemon Kale Slaw. No, it’s not all kale. The small amount of kale adds a fresh “green-tasting” dimension to the slaw. I highly recommend Goldee’s!“

“Today was my first day of getting to go and try the food. I’ve been wanting to visit for quite some time so my husband and I went on a lunch date. We got the tacos, the loaded potato, the elotes, and the jalapeño poppers. Everything on the menu looked amazing so we had to try a little bit of each. Next time I will be getting the sandwich because the tacos were really dry. Everything else was amazing. Bad choice for my first time eating there, as I passed everyone having a sandwich I wished I would’ve ordered one cause they really looked good. I can’t wait to go back and try something new and the bread pudding. I will stick to the meat and sides. It’s a no for me on the brisket tacos.“

“I had the best experience here, my first time. Had a fabulous cocktail made by my server, rock shrimp was amazing, crab cake salad was another amazing dish, chock full of lump crab. “Our very first time to dine here. A very impressive spacious restaurant that accommodates many guests. They are very good at handling bigger groups of guests. Very family friendly. Two things I thought were especially good: they strive to source local and the menu is not overwhelming. The menu is designed to do a select group of entrees and do them very well. Although the menu is not huge there is something for everyone. The wall of whiskeys from all around the world was amazing. The service was top tier and all staff supported each other. I walked in with only glazed and chocolate left and no option to het cinnamon rolls substitute for donuts. Not even if you count it as 2 donuts.

However, the owner is VERY friendly and generous and pointed me to another donut shop nearby.“

“WOWWWWW. Our first time here last night and it’s my new favorite restaurant. There was a wait but we just grabbed a drink and waited. Ordered skillet Mac and cheese to start WHEWWW!!! It was so delicious. I ordered the petite filet with jalapeño potatoes which were unreal. My partner had the chicken parm.
Our server, Will, was sweet and attentive. Everyone that works there really works as a team which is so refreshing to see.

“We drive from Irving to Fort Worth to get beers at Martin House. I love the Tap room. My favorite beer is Silk Route. I’ve had a lotta Juicy Hazy IPAs in DFW, but this has been my personal favorite so far.

Also, most importantly, they have the best customer service. They take their sweet time to explain about the beer, special offers at the taproom, and also educate on the available To-Go beer in a detailed fashion.

As a beer enthusiast, I don’t mind driving 35 miles just to get good beer and great customer service.

Special shout out to Jessica, Hailey and Clayton (apologies if I got the spelling wrong). They’re my favorite bartenders. The service I get from them is TOP NOTCH QUALITY..“

“This little spot is a rare gym in the area, there aren’t many coffee shops near by. The coffee is great and the staff always remembers my name which I think is so sweet. The firehouse pottery shop next door is nice to walk through while you’re drinking your coffee.“

“Highly recommend! We have eaten here since 1984 when they first began. It is family owned and operated. They have low carb choices as well as the classic dishes. If you don’t see it on the menu, just ask since everything is fresh prepared they can probably do it! If you prefer veggies for the pasta they easily accommodate that! Love the flexibility of ordering. Love the wait staff that knows our favorite booth! Ask for Shezar to wait on you. He is the best!“
