“I know I have left a bad review in the past but I went ahead and gave Wendy's another try tonight and I was completely satisfied with the service that I received tonight at 2 a.m. the gentleman at the window taking orders name Mr chon did a fantastic job you deserves surveys such a smooth and calming voice love how I was not rushed to place a order“
“Not a regular Wendy’s customer, but I grabbed a free chicken sandwich thanks to T-Mobile Tuesdays—and I’ve gotta say, it was actually really good. I was impressed. Would I pay full price for it? Probably not—it’s way overpriced. But if there’s ever another deal, I’m all over it.
That said, the staff was super slow and not exactly attentive. Great sandwich, subpar service“
“I go to this Wendy's drive-thru all the time. They are very friendly & great service. I had an issue today. After a couple bites of my breakfast sandwich I had a bite that tasted moldy. I looked at the sandwichv& found the bottom had the beginnings of black mold spots. I tried calling to inform them & the phone rang for over 2 minutes & no one picked up. They should really have an answering machine for situations like this. I hate for someone to get sick because their taste buds are not sensitive & they don't taste it. I'll keep calling the & if I don't get an answer I'll go back after work & let them know. Ugghhh“
“First and foremost, James ( Manager) was such a delight! He took my order in the drive thru and was very kind and professional! When I pulled up to the window to pay he was very well put together along with having such grace and politeness. I wanted to reach out so he can be recognized, it’s nice to see that the fast food industry still has it together.“
“By far the best Wendy's experience I’ve had. The restaurant was clean and up to date. The ordering kiosk was easy to navigate. My food was HOT & FRESH and the service was QUICK. This location has a decent patio which was also clean. They had lovely Christmas music playing. It was just a great experience in general. I wish ALL locations were this nice!“
“the 4 items for $4 and biggie bag is same meal for $5.00. Wish when asked if still a menu option the cashier would have offered to reduce order price instead of charging the extra $1.00. If we had not asked and since menu board does not advertise 4 for $4 this would have been a great customer service move. The floor in front of soda machine was very sticky and trash can in lobby and bathroom overflowing while staff were without orders to fill. A group was leaving and the ladies wiped off tables, picked up trash, and returned chairs to tables and no one came out to help they continued talking. Simple cleaning should be on schedule especially if a large group arrives you expect increase trash. Otherwise nice place to eat.“
“Omg! Stopped off to grab a quick meal early lunch break, and boy am I glad I did!!! The customer service at the drive thru was AWESOME! The staff was courteous, professional and through. They even confirmed my order and offered me other items on the menu. The food...OMG $5 dollar deal was so worth it. The jr bacon cheeseburger, fries, and nuggets all cooked to perfection, seriously! One of the best hamburgers I've had in a while. Wendy's has just become my number one go to fast food restaurant for sure, definitely better than Mickee Ds!

“This was weird. I went through the drive-through and somebody opened the drive-through window and told me that it was right at shift change so it would be five or 10 minutes before they could help me - after a few minutes when they came back to help me, everything was great, but I’ve never experienced it before where Customers were told to wait for an order to be taken so that should change could take place.“
“This is a hood solid Wendy's franchise. They often run out of baked potatoes... but other than that no complaints.
Vegetarian options: You can have a baked potato and a salad.....

“Received amazing customer service since i walked in the door. I try to not eat fast food too much but my son wanted chicken nuggets. Miss Nola and Miss Brandi was very professional and gave me 5star service. Food came out hot and fast and my son enjoyed every bite

“After dealing with the crappy service at the Sycamore location. The entire staff came shining through here. Trinity, a cashier, helped me get my order and get extra sauces and also talk to the Manger to discuss my complaints about the HORRIBLE service at the Sycamore location that left me with no food and no refund. No help and no names as the manager on duty refused to give me any info or any help. Also tried to make me self service an online order after trying to hand me watered down drinks. I will go out of my way to go to this location now as the Sycamore isn't wort it“
“The best employee that I have ever had was at this Wendy's her name was Kaylie and she was so sweet she went above and beyond to help me and make sure my order was perfect if I could give her 5 Stars by herself I would.. she definitely deserves a raise... Great customer service......👏👏👏👏“
