“The staff was very nice, they got my order correct and got it to me quickly. The restaurant was clean and I was very happy. In today's fast food industry I believe wendy's gives you the best value for your dollar . Their food is much better quality than mcdonald's or burger king , and when you compare it wanta burger they are priced better,“
“First and foremost, James ( Manager) was such a delight! He took my order in the drive thru and was very kind and professional! When I pulled up to the window to pay he was very well put together along with having such grace and politeness. “By far the best Wendy's experience I’ve had. The restaurant was clean and up to date. The ordering kiosk was easy to navigate. My food was HOT & FRESH and the service was QUICK. This location has a decent patio which was also clean. They had lovely Christmas music playing. It was just a great experience in general. I wish ALL locations were this nice!“
“Not a regular Wendy’s customer, but I grabbed a free chicken sandwich thanks to T-Mobile Tuesdays—and I’ve gotta say, it was actually really good. I was impressed. Would I pay full price for it? Probably not—it’s way overpriced. But if there’s ever another deal, I’m all over it.

“Ran through the drive through and the guy working the window barely said “thank you” as he handed us the bag & drink. I completely forgot that my husband ordered a frosty and started driving off. Out of the corner of my eye I saw someone running out the main door holding up a cup- so shout out to the girl named Key for going above and beyond to make sure we got our whole order. You don’t see that kind of customer service much anymore“

I went through the drive-through and somebody opened the drive-through window and told me that it was right at shift change so it would be five or 10 minutes before they could help me - after a few minutes when they came back to help me, everything was great, but I’ve never experienced it before where Customers were told to wait for an order to be taken so that should change could take place.“
“This is a hood solid Wendy's franchise. They often run out of baked potatoes... but other than that no complaints.

“After dealing with the crappy service at the Sycamore location. The entire staff came shining through here. Trinity, a cashier, helped me get my order and get extra sauces and also talk to the Manger to discuss my complaints about the HORRIBLE service at the Sycamore location that left me with no food and no refund. No help and no names as the manager on duty refused to give me any info or any help. Also tried to make me self service an online order after trying to hand me watered down drinks. I will go out of my way to go to this location now as the Sycamore isn't wort it“
“I had a pretty pleasant experience at this Wendy’s today. First time trying their breakfast. I ordered the breakfast baconator combo. Def worth it. Customer service was stellar and the gentleman that helped me was patient and answered all my questions. I’d definitely try Wendy’s breakfast again.“
