“Omg! Stopped off to grab a quick meal early lunch break, and boy am I glad I did!!! The customer service at the drive thru was AWESOME! The staff was courteous, professional and through. They even confirmed my order and offered me other items on the menu. The food...OMG $5 dollar deal was so worth it. The jr bacon cheeseburger, fries, and nuggets all cooked to perfection, seriously! One of the best hamburgers I've had in a while. Wendy's has just become my number one go to fast food restaurant for sure, definitely better than Mickee Ds!

“Just went to drive through and ordered a large lemonade and a medium chocolate frosty well the guy got my order all wrong so the lady who gave me the drink we seen it was not right so we left it alone then seen the frosty was a pumpkin frost not what I ordered and we told the lady it was wrong well the guy took our order all wrong so the lady said what’s wrong I said everything was wrong but it’s fine she said no let me fix it for you so we told her just to change the frosty to chocolate and she did and I thank you for being polite and good customer service her name was Bobby.“

“By far the best Wendy's experience I’ve had. The restaurant was clean and up to date. The ordering kiosk was easy to navigate. My food was HOT & FRESH and the service was QUICK. This location has a decent patio which was also clean. They had lovely Christmas music playing. It was just a great experience in general. I wish ALL locations were this nice!“
“I go to this Wendy's drive-thru all the time. They are very friendly & great service. I had an issue today. After a couple bites of my breakfast sandwich I had a bite that tasted moldy. I looked at the sandwichv& found the bottom had the beginnings of black mold spots. I tried calling to inform them & the phone rang for over 2 minutes & no one picked up. They should really have an answering machine for situations like this. I hate for someone to get sick because their taste buds are not sensitive & they don't taste it. I'll keep calling the & if I don't get an answer I'll go back after work & let them know. Ugghhh“
“I'm a single mom who had an early morning route making deliveries. My day started at 3a. It's summer time so I had the kiddo with me & he wanted Wendy's for breakfast. It was around 8:30a when we made it in. We were greeted by Sonya who overhead my hungry yungin asking me for chicken nuggets. I told him that you all don't make nuggets for breakfast. I guess Sonya saw the tiredness on my face cause she made an exception! We ordered french toast sticks & a 6pc nugget meal w/bbq sauce. He was so....happy! It's employees like Sonya going the extra mile & provide customer service that make spending money in this economy well worth it!!! Thanks again! You made this tired, single momma's day!“
“This was weird. I went through the drive-through and somebody opened the drive-through window and told me that it was right at shift change so it would be five or 10 minutes before they could help me - after a few minutes when they came back to help me, everything was great, but I’ve never experienced it before where Customers were told to wait for an order to be taken so that should change could take place.“
“This is a hood solid Wendy's franchise. They often run out of baked potatoes... but other than that no complaints.

“Received amazing customer service since i walked in the door. I try to not eat fast food too much but my son wanted chicken nuggets. Miss Nola and Miss Brandi was very professional and gave me 5star service. Food came out hot and fast and my son enjoyed every bite

“After dealing with the crappy service at the Sycamore location. The entire staff came shining through here. Trinity, a cashier, helped me get my order and get extra sauces and also talk to the Manger to discuss my complaints about the HORRIBLE service at the Sycamore location that left me with no food and no refund. No help and no names as the manager on duty refused to give me any info or any help. Also tried to make me self service an online order after trying to hand me watered down drinks. I will go out of my way to go to this location now as the Sycamore isn't wort it“
