“I'm a little shocked by the bad reviews, as I have visited this specific location multiple times without incident. My job takes me all over the area and Popeyes is usually a go-to place for me. And I have experienced some REALLY bad ones too. The crew that is in there now has been EXCEPTIONAL in my last three visits (August 2024). Attentive, helpful, eager to please - so different from other fast food locations, even other Popeyes locations. My only complaint is that they need to make it easier to get extra gravy. I do not like their sauces, but I love their gravy for dipping. Make it a menu option!“

“I am so sorry for the people who have had issues here but maybe it helped because me and my mom ate here today and the food was perfect, the chicken tasted perfect, the skin was delicious, it was just cooked and not overcooked, it was perfect. The biscuits were so soft and NOT undercooked either they were absolutely delicious tasted almost as good as my granny god rest her soul. The cherry bites were absolutely delicious they were not hard at all but cooked just right. I say all of this because me and mom had eaten at a KFC last week and that food was indeed awful so I did have anxiety about eating at this different KFC but we took a chance and gave this one a try and we were both surprised when we tasted the food so if u had a bad experience you might consider giving them another shot. Anyhow , everyone Have A Great Day.....“

“The food has always been fresh and hot. The staff at this location are pretty cool and friendly. The only poor thing about this restaurant is the area, parking lot is in disrepair. On the plus side, DART stops right here, grab some chicken then jump back on DART!“

“I was craving Popeyes, like I usually do, and I’ve been to so many locations Throughout the metroplex and this one here in Garland, today was just so good! The chicken was hot, fresh, juicy, and very flavorful. The guy at the drive-through actually followed my request for condiments. Great experience!“
